I I used this app to replace my bedside sleep machine while I was traveling. The loops are on a 1 minute loop and the loops are far from seamless. Every time the loop starts over, I'm pulled right back awake. This would be a great app if the loops were blended better and more seamless.

I have tried nearly every free rain sounds app and this one is by far my favorite. There is no loop sound to distract you, atleast as far as i can tell. The sounds are beautiful and sound genuine. Every nap I listen to it and every single night I listen to it. Can't live without it now!

This is an amazingly relaxing app it's helped me sleep alot better, Only suggestion I could make is making an option to play 2 at once so for example I can play heavy rain with distant thunder....

TL;DR - doesn't hold a candle to some other rain apps I've reviewed. Pros: * Simple design * Can be played in the background * Some decent quality sound samples * Sleep timer * Doesn't require unnecessary permissions Cons: * The samples are few and some of them are mediocre quality * Obtrusive pop up ads * No drop down menu or any other easy way to pick a sample, have to scroll through them all in one direction. * The thunder intensity is not controllable

I love the different sounds of rain but does not last all night not even when you put the duration. I tried to put 18 hours and it stops playing some time during the night
