About My Weekly Budget®
My Weekly Budget® (MyWB) lets you focus on a simple spending target for the current week. Focusing week-by-week on keeping within a spending target helps you meet your budget, and saves you money over time. When using MyWB consistently, it is easy to stay within your means because you are being updated on your spending each time you buy something.
This App is easy to use and easy to understand. It is SIMPLE but powerful. First, set yourself a weekly budget target. Then enter your spending with a uniquely simple, straight forward interface and instantly see whether you are meeting your budget. MyWB also shows you how much of your set budget you have at any given day of the week. The goal of this App is to help you control your spending with minimal effort.
The App is flexible enough to allow you to customize features to match your needs. There is also a quick and easy way to flick through your spending patterns from previous weeks - so you can get a clear view of where you have been spending your money.
At the end of each week, a brief summary for the week is presented showing how well (or badly?!) you have done against your target. Any money not spent may be carried over to the next week, so you can reward yourself with higher spending next week! Any money you received (birthday presents, cash-back on a pair of shoes you returned etc.) may also be added to your current week's spending plan if you choose.
MyWB supports your local currency and several other international currencies. You can show the date format to your liking, organize spending in categories as broad or as focused as you want, and includes the option to make your own categories to show personalized descriptions of your spending.
You can also export your spending information from MyWB by email so you can use it in other applications on your computer.

Nice app to keep track of your spending, carrying over the overspent amount from prev week is a painful experience, but at the same time shows you what to work on. One thing I'd love to see is some kind of graph that will tell me how much i've spent in the different categories i chose

Used this app on the galaxy s4 and worked no problems... With the new S5, the settings button has been changed to onscreen with everything and you can't do much with the app as it has not been updated . Please fix or this app is useless

This app was awesome when I had a weekly income..but I stopped using it when I lost my job and we went to hubby's monthly pay. Then I worked out I could make the weekly budget 1cent and add and carry over his pay! Voila! Problem solved... but a monthly budget app would be awesome. . In the meantime you remain my favorite and most essential app to get through a month and not run out of money in week three! Thank you!

A straightforward way of keeping within a weekly budget. Very handy for keeping track when paying for stuff with a mixture of cash and debit card. It's ugly but functional.

Edit: the lastest update move the settings button so it is S5 compatible now! Thank you! Does not work on my galaxy s5, worked great on the s3 but now there is no menu button so I can't personalize anything. Please fix!!! It was great before!!!

There's no menu button anywhere. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Doesn't work. Google doesn't give any solutions either.

This app is great. Set what you know you'll be spending in a week and enter every purchase, simple! You'd be suprised at how money saavy you become when you know how much you have left to spend :) worth the purchase! Also, I work with fortnightly pay, so just halve what you know your budget would be for that period :) fortnight dilemma solved.

Worst application ever my phone the galaxy s5 apparently doesn't support it I asked for help with support and all they said was to Google how to get the menu button so I just paid .99 cents for it and all I get is an application with no setting!!!!!!!!! Waste of time

I have had it for a few months now and it has made my life so much easier. No longer do I need to worry if I have the money for an item because I have both what I have budgeted for this week, and can save up using the roll over feature. However, it would be EXCELLENT if you could run more than one budget at a time in the same fashion. **edit for those complaining of no menu button I had this prob and contacted support. It doesn't even do what it is named!!! It had one job, MAKE a budget... Instead its just a spending tracker, AND you have to enter it all manually. There is nowhere to say "I need to spend $80 this week on gas, and then input or import what I actually spent." Nothing. Waste of a dollar
