Huduma sahihi kwa wakati sahihi... Hongereni team kwa ubunifu mzuri. Na bei stamilivu kwa matumizi ya kila mTanzania... sasa kero za vituo vya mabasi ikiwa ni pamoja na uchelewaji, wizi, utapeli na kupigwa na jua zitaisha...pia gharama zisizo na msingi zitapungua. Ninaomba kuwepo na utaratibu muzuri kwa wale wanaopandia mabasi katikati ya vituo yaani kwa mfano ninaishi Mlandizi na nimekata ticket kwa kupitia OTAPP je watajuaje kama napandia Mlandizi?
