Claim picture automatically cropped. App freezes that it needs to be relogged a few times when switching apps. Stuck at sign out too but at least can just close the app. Very slow response when typing inputs. 'Clinics' icon does not work.

Location GPS doesn't work. No clinics found, the main functionality we expect! Also authentication through browser fails but works for mobile app. How??

Reset password, but typing in the new password is so difficult as it keep prompting "please choose a different password with contain 8 char, 1 upper, 1 lower and no special char". Something wrong with the app?
