Med-Info Keeper

This app is essential for organizing your medical history as well as your families. The only suggestion I would make is to include a section to provide other family medical history like parents and maternal grandparents because the doctors always ask these questions.

As others said it would ease confusion if hospital could be changed. Bigger problem is if your phone is locked no one can access your info, can it be made accessable from the locked screen like the camera and phone. Galaxy S6

It is so handy when filling out all those forms at the doctors' offices and especially in the ER, where I just handed my phone to the nurse and let her copy the information she needed. I have an important question: How do I change my option to ALLOW EMS people to view my app? When I got a new phone I inadvertently made it unavailable to them and their being able to see it is one of the most important features!! PLEASE HELP ME CORRECT THIS. I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING I KNOW TO DO.

This is a very user friendly and it allow me to input most of my medical history. I would like to see a comment section added with each catagory. The catagories are restrictive in how much information that can be included. As a healthcares provider I think it is important to know medication dosages; what are the symtoms of allegic reaction; height and weight, etc..

The app is a great idea but, you're not given an option to delete or change the hospital name. No mention of this in the app's description. Automatically lists Huntsville Hospital as a medical contact. Great if you live in Huntsville AL...not good in TX. If there was an option to select a preferred hospital, I would've given 5 stars. Installed it due to the feature of having my medical info viewable in case of an emergency. Add an edit option for the hospital and I'll reinstall the app.

Fantastic overview of basic medical info accessible in case of an emergency. A must have for anyone with medical issues. Change if hospital ability would make this better and maybe a slot for additional information. Thank you for providing this free app!

Would be nice if you could sync this app plus would be nice if I could put my own Hospital.

Every time I go to a new Dr. they ask all the same questions my PCP has but do they want to look that info up, nope! Being able to answer all the questions quickly and accurately using the information stored in this App makes the task painless and this way I don't forget to put down anything.

I am an EMT and wish all my patients had this info available. One place to keep an organize our med records, and it is portable. Suggested updates: a note field in med contacts. I like to add receptionist, nurses names. Would be nice if fields needing numeric entries would summon numeric keyboard, is, dosage. I would aso link an app to crack lab work an blood sugar, might be an add on here or probably a separate app so I could graph trends. GREAT APP!

Holds all vital information. You can add organ doner status under the advance directive contact and it shows up on the EMS tab! There is a place for blood type!! GREAT JOB HH! Too bad there is not a rating on the HCAHPS SURVEY for this app!! ;-)

Need place to enter blood Need to be able to move to SD card to insure protection and security. type and organ donor status.

This is a good app. But, it does not do landscape view. I have a slider phone and it kind of hard to enter info with the text sideways. Some screens do not allow input with the slider keyboard. I hope this can be fixed. I hate the built-in keyboard, always hit the wrong keys.

Love most of the app, but I would LOVE to be able to share the info with family members so we didn't have to type the same info into everyone's phone and have it back up on my sd card or a website so I don't have to redo the info every time I get a new phone.

Love this app. I just Wish it could share info & back up on SD card. Retyping info isn't cool with every members phone everytime there's a new phone. Js!

Great place for all our med data in convenient format AND password protected.
