Avigilon Control Center Mobile

Not working on any of samsung phones since new update was in..

Works well for what it is. If you can't get this app to work, it's not the app's fault. Call your Avigilon installer.

The app works fine with our server and 50/50 mbps leased fibre connection. The UI experience could be better, hence the 4 star rating.

So I'm trying to set it up on my phone but it asks for a port number not sure what that so I can't connect can you help

An update will be appreciated like fps information, better replay, ui updated

I download app to access my daughter's class .The daycare gave me the info to input. It just shows it loading. Kinda disappointed.

Not that intuitive, having to got to edit to added cameras etc. No access to PTZ presets considering it's pretty much a given as a requirement for remote access of cameras.

Samsung note 5 will not connect since the update. Need to get this fixed payed to much for the system for it not to work right

Pathetic application, especially for the money. Does not work, constantly having to upgrade the server software. Spent a lot of money on the system - to deal with this garbage app. Would not recommend or buy ever again.

Thanks for the recent upgrade, now I can get alarms and talk down. Sure would be nice if the video worked. Much cheaper solutions work extremely better than this. Doesn't make sense that a system that works so good on every aspect can't seem to get a mobile app on Android to work. Old app worked great but that was 3 releases ago, it's obvious that Avigilon doesn't care if this works anymore. Don't install at this time, it does not work.

Many people have complained that the ssl port 443 no longer works on newer android and ios. When/how can this be resolved?

Switching keyboard mode to numbers always closes the keyboard so I can't enter my server name. Cannot enter an IP either

When configuring gateways the port setting keeps reverting to 80. My gateway only allows connections on 443. If they can fix this problem I'd give it 5 stars. Works fine on my iOS devices.

Avigilon is falling behind other companies on their mobile app. Live display is pretty good, but recorded control is hard to deal with. The ability to scrub the timeline is necessary. But they got an extra star for their support. You call the toll free 800 number and get a real person to talk to. This product is for Avigilon Gateways running on a server installed with Avigilon VMS software.

Works 20% of the time. So frustrating

Update now doesn't work on my Note ll, Tech Support? Yah Right!

Won't work keeps crashing on new android lollipop 5.0 on note 3

Love the new update, alarms help but would be nice to have an audible alarm.

It now sits in connecting mode and cameras won't open.

V2.0.0.2: Who cares how the app looks, I need to view the camera's sites. Most of the time I get the 401 authorization error. When I want to view one cam it can take over a minute just to lock back in. I changed nothing and now it takes multiple tries just to see 7 cameras on one site. Please give us the old app back even if under a different name.

Good to see alarms are possible to see via mobile now.

No surprise here. Avigilon has a great reputation for reliability. PTZ controls are nicely set up. If I could make one suggestion to the good folks who designed it, that would be to allow the user to adjust the pan and tilt speed, just like what can be done when running the VMS Client on a pc.

Don't whine that it doesn't work, Configure the gateway program and your firewall properly. Works just fine

The new app does not connect, do not upgrade. Luckily my iPad has the old app and it still works fine. No support here!
