The screen stays frozen on the login in screen. How am I suppose to redeem point if it will not let me sign on through my galaxy s5? Tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times and still no luck.

it used to work before I upgraded my S5 software and now it won't even get past the login screen... please fix it! I desperately need a receipt from a shop I bought from in order to return my defective device.

Frustrating!

It worked great on my phone until I updated to Android 5, now it is just stuck on the login screen.

It sits on the main screen and won't let you click on the "sign in with fb" or "more options" ... Seriously. Samsung Note 3

Downloaded the app and it sits on the loading screen. Tried downloading multiple times and nothing

Tried installing multiple times and it doesn't work. It gets stuck/non-responsive at the login screen. The app doesn't crash, it just doesn't respond. This is on my Galaxy S5 with Verizon.

I'd really like to use this app, but it's very non responsive, in any screen, at any time.

Currently experiencing a weird bug where all of my text is replaced with spaces and lower case R's. Which is super weird. Message me back if you want screenshots.

This is a great idea and well over due, way to go guys, excellent app and tech support.

Loved the concept.I have collected enough points and later when I wanted to redeem my rewards...the vendor said they simply cannot redeem that. Rather they wanted me to call AvidTap to find out. Enough said....

Well designed app looks,and works very well. Runs smoothly!
