The device and app are great! I jog on a regular basis and the device has been a great tool to keep on track of my personal goals. I ran my first 10k in June! If you put it into sleep mode when you take a nap or go to bed and turn it back on when you wake, the device keeps track of your sleep cycle very well. Customer service is awesome! I've had numerous emails to ensure that I enjoy the device and offer input when I am able. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a fitness tracker!

I am SO disappointed with customer service (or lack thereof) of Avia!! I reached out on four separate occasions (via email and live chat) for support. I am having issues with an upgrade. I am also going to look for more outlets to share my Avia experience. Don't purchase Avia products!! No recourse if something goes wrong!!

Same can't connect to network problem I see that others are having. Additionally, now it is trying to say that the email is invalid. I uninstalled and reinstalled the software. I went ahead turned on the phone's bluetooth and linked up the phone and tracker. I reinstalled the software. For a few moments it looked as if the problem had been solved but no again the no network error.

Loved it, but tried to log in again and it wouldn't accept my p/w and won't reply to 'forgot password'. Tried creating new account and app can't find the network (that all other apps seem to find). What's going on??? FIX IT.

I can't even start to use this until it verifies my email. No matter what connection I use, 4g data or wifi, it only says "network not available, please check your network", and there is definitely a solid network connection. Can't get to the software at all, and can't connect Bluetooth to the device (presumably need to use the inaccessible software to do so) so far it makes for a crappie paperweight, and a fashionless wrist bad with the incorrect date. Useless so far. Fix Samsung galaxy s5, android 6.0.1

I bought this watch because it was on sale! I was super excited to use it. Every time I open the app it says there is an update to be installed i click install and then i click the continue button and it takes for ever to install. It still hasnt fully installed this update that is supposed to happen. And because it wont install this update it wont track my sleep and I dont get my call and text notifications! Im very very unhappy about it! So who ever runs this app needs to fix this app even more!

So far, I feel like this is an over glorified pedometer. I bought this in hopes to track steps and sleep like the fitbit. It's only minimally cheaper and I wish I invested more for what I wanted. Typically it says I'm in full so sleep or I have perfect 15 minute intervals of deep sleep and awake. It's completely inaccurate and a waste of money. Very unhappy. They were kind enough to send me a new band, however, no improvement. They care, but not enough to refund my money unfortunately.

So the app and the watch have been working fine until this morning, I don't know what happened but the app wouldn't let me input my what I have eaten saying "server error try again". I tried to uninstall and then reinstall but it won't even let me log into the app now saying the same error. Like everyone else said the sleep tracker is completely inaccurate, the time is off. Besides that the watch counts my steps and that is what I was initially looking for.

I got this tracker to help me see my sleep patterns. App is very inaccurate and if I followed what it says, I slept 24 hours yesterday. But still managed to walk 7,000 steps. Please fix the sleep portion of the app!!!

I'm disappointed in avia tempo and this app. once I wake up and sync with the app I can't scroll through the hours I slept to track my sleep; which was the main reason I bought it. I would love to see it track sleep exactly like it does steps taken. I've tried reaching tech support during business hours on live chat but never get a response back. I see promise in this but I'm now thinking of just saving up for a fitbit.

I like that it tracks my steps but I always have to wait to for it to upload when I open the app. Also the sleep tracker kind of works it shows awake and alseep but never the correct time and if its in sleep mode the alarm will not go off so whats the point?! One last thing is it NEVER shows notifications (text calls ect)! So pretty much all it does is track my steps and nothing the box says? Is there something I'm doing wrong?

No biometrics (pulse, heartrate, etc.) Can't adjust your stride length or the sensitivity. Sleep function is totally inaccurate. Please tell me what is 'revolutionary' and 'next gen' about this device or app?

I downloaded this app to my s5 phone and it told me to do an upgrade so I did. Now my avia won't do anything but say firmware upgrade. It's been like that since yesterday morning. My husband just bought this for me 3 months ago and now I can't use it. Anyone tell me if this happen to you or how to fix it. Thanks

The app is pretty bad. I have no idea, after a month of wearing the device, how to set a goal, how to review more than 1 month's data, if there is a way to review more than the current month, how to download or import the data from the tracker into a program I actually like, like My Fitness Pal, if there is a way to record the data. I like the tracker, it's not overly complicated and is light and easy to wear. The device seems pretty accurate and is helpful. It has a great battery life and doesn't have a zillion features I don't want. At this point, though, I'm using a spreadsheet and manual tracking to keep track of the step-challenge I have going with my friend and my kids and am manually entering the data in the app we're all using. Also, my husband says he uses a web site with his tracker (bought at the same time). I have been unable to google any web site that goes with this tracker. We bought them to see if we'd use them and if they'd be helpful in our quest to get more exercise in the winter. At this point, I'm thinking at first opportunity I'm going to replace mine with something with a more friendly app. Or at least something that interfaces with one.

I put in my email and it keeps saying the network isnt working. Seriously ive been trying for 2 days now this app is bull. Is there any other app i can connect my avia to.

Literally bought 2 days ago... it won't let me log food or anything. Now I can't even log in. What the hell?? Fix it. Waste of 40$

It keeps sayin network problem and i have great network it is pissing me off u better fix it. If i were you go return it before u get frustrated with it.... fix the damn app

I can't get the app to work. It'll work for a second then stop working the rest of the day. It tells me to install the update and I try but it doesn't do anything. Absolutely useless

Sleep tracker isn't very accurate and is measured in increments of 15 minutes. The pedometer is HIGHLY inaccurate. Connection to the watch is intermediate and dodgy. Also needs an excessive amount of permissions for doing so little...

No network available???? I have network but app keeps saying not available. Doesnt matter if Im on wifi or LTE. Useless, useless, useless!!!

I bought this device and cant even use it. The app does not work. I hope i can get my money back.

Won't work. You need to fix the no network messages. Won't work at all it sucks. Will give 5 stars when problem is fixed.

It works as advertised. I would like to see it vibrate with my alarm clock. Also, scheduling sleep mode would be nice, as I almost never remember to turn it on.

I wanted a fitness tracker that would not cost a fortune so I got the Avia Touch Tracker. The Ascend app is the app for this tracker. I've had it for one day and so far I find the tracker and the app work well.

Every time I open my app it says it's not connected I go to connect and it won't. Getting it to connect is always random. Not very happy because I spent a lot of money on this device.

I don't understand why my today /daily / weekly / monthly steps, miles, and caolries only shows the current day ... kind of worthless if I have to keep track of it myself ...

Tells me there is an update but stays in processing mode.. Can't change the display on my device from time and date. It wont connect with my device either.

Just got this. Cannot get it to update the firmware. Their website and email does not work.

App won't sync with my device. Wrong time, wrong date, no goals set, can't use the sleep tracker... device and app are totally useless!

Watch won't turn on, have an avia touch and I don't think it came with a charger or anything. App can't connect cuz the watch won't turn on. Idk what I'm doing. Can anybody help?

Bought the watch because my brother has something similar and loves it, can't even get the watch to sink with the app. I even took the watch off and left my phone sitting on it for over 10 minutes and it still won't sink. 3 days later the watch 'reprogrammed' itself and I lost all of the steps I had.

App crashes all the time...and the wrist unit records steps even when not on wrist....

The notifications do not work like says it should on box.

Lol the step counter is WAY off by hundreds. Very disappointed.
