Avaza - Invoices & Timesheets for Android
I'm really impressed with the capabilities of this software, particularly the workflow to get a timesheet approved by a client before sending an invoice. It's ideal for freelancers because it strikes an excellent balance between feature richness without the unnecessary complexity of other software that's more intended for large workforces.
Wow wow wow!!! After a year of PM software searching I've found the holy grail! Project Management for tasks that ACTUALLY TRACKS WHAT MATTERS!! Project sections, tasks, timeline, docs, dashboards, budgets, profitability, expenses, time, income... as well as integrated quotes and invoicing...I can run reports I can actually manage my business properly with like profitability by customer to find my 80/20 split, and my overall profit and loss without going into my accounting software!!! Will keep projects on time AND BUDGET! ALL THIS AT A 10TH THE $ OF WHAT SIMILAR PROGRAMS LIKE MAVENLINK CHARGE FOR ALL THESE FEATURES!!!! And the app does just about everything that the website does!

Wouldn't let me enter a currency for my home country or even my home country when trying to open an account. Not much use the if I can't set up a cloud account. Fell at the first fence.

I had been using another app to track my time, expenses, produce reports, and generate invoices but needed more capabilities. The tools that Avaza includes just blew away the previous tool I was using and included more than what I was expecting. Avaza is great and really helpful for running a small business. The only option I would like to see is the ability to customize things with my own logos.
Lots of options, lots of settings variables, everything works close to perfectly... the 24/7 chat help seems to never be more than a minute or two away. Integrated Paypal payments. Even includes a useful portal to provide your clients. This is what Excellence looks like!
All Web features are available in the app. The approval submission process is a great control feature. I can review and bill with confidence from the office or via the app when traveling. I plan on using the project management feature in the new year in depth to monitor progress and manage risks. Great app and excellent customer service provided by the Avaza team. I wish the Avaza team a successful and prosperous new year.
Interesting but still very buggy. With some serious bugs such as not logging deleted tasks. Many options still missing.
I looooooove avaza, instead of asana or other project management. Eapecially because they allow u to use free when u just start the team in company. The only problem i had with avaza is they don't have any deletes project/file back up, so when u accidently delete it u can't restore it, n the suck things is no notif in mail nor the apps when someone delete it. Other problem is, this apps juat run when u online, so when u don't have connection u r left behind ur own project, can even open like meistertask
Why is there not a Quick Add option for tasks?

At first we thought we just needed a simple app for Invoicing, but now Avaza has also replaced several other systems we were using. Didn't expect to find so much in a mobile app. Timesheet with category ratecards, Expenses with fixed and percentage markups. Very useful. Oh yeah, the Invoices work a treat too.
I like what you got but I can't seem to get to the menu to simple things
Nice app. Find it very convenient when travelling and on commuting to work. Doing my timesheets and invoices on the train with a few clicks each day. Saves me heaps of time.
The quotes and Invoices have so much more functionality than other top apps, and work great on my phone. 5 Stars!
Happy with this app.. Probably my favourite work app. It does take some initial setup, like taxes, inventory and rates. Once that was done it was smooth sailing!!!

Great app! Switched from another provider that decided to charge a fee, but I'm a one man consulting company so user based costing is a waste. Set up via online in a couple of hours and had some questions that were promptly answered within their chat service.
