They obviously didn't test this AT ALL! You can report a counterfeit, and you'll receive email confirmation to redeem your rewards. Yet, the page plug-ins won't show the rewards. The website dashboard doesn't recognize OR WORK with your Facebook, and is not AUTHORIZED (for use as a log in to see your *personal dashboard). Email to support will get you nowhere. You're better off contacting the manufacturer to report a counterfeit, and getting rewarded BY THEM than you are by using this app. 0 STARS...
