About Mobile Activity Assistant
Avaya Mobile Activity Assistant (MAA) allows mobile workers to send and receive actions and notifications. Actions are prioritized by urgency and displayed do that they can be processed by the user in the proper order. Actions include phone calls, text interactions, and requests to conduct a business process.
