Connection error after upgrading phone to lollipop..please fix it

If you have no network connection or fail password it is the same result. It will lose the config.

Doesn't work for Nexus 4 with Lollipop. Tried everything with local support from Avaya without success.

This software doesn't work for anyone because of a bug issue with this release. Avaya needs to fix this issue, otherwise everyone is locked out of it

Login is a bit slow and it has to login more then once throughout the day but otherwise it works fine. It is great to view and listen to my work voicemail on the app without having to call the office, that is the biggest plus for me. ROOT Access: Oddly this app keeps asking for root access. I have denied access and it still seems to work fine but the previous version of the app did not ask for root and I can't we why it would need it.

I work for the company and I don't understand why I didn't do this years ago it's a great app a great way to stay connected. Global contacts at my fingertips.

Using it in basic mode (no CES). Shows my desk phone info to those I call from my cell so I can hone my putting skills while it looks like I'm at work. :-)

Would be great if it had Visual Voicemail (including audio), and if it did not re-prompt for login credentials every launch.

Sony Xperia ARC S not connecting to server. why?

The list of supported phones is old.

Quits unexpectedly several times a day.

Needs configuration notes for CS1K. Nortel terminology differs. PCA activate/deactivate does not work. (iPhone version has CS1K setting). Once configured, 4 digit internal and 7/10 digit external calling works well. Dials much faster on Android than iPhone.

Login fails with no useful feedback. The sends logs command has no useful information and bounces back from mail server with bad address.
