Ordered flowers. They never delivered and will not refund. Horrible.

Ordered flowers for my wife's birthday and they never showed up at her work. Then they never even call me to tell me anything. Of course they say we can deliver them tomorrow. Okay but her birthday was today.

Does not work.

by far the worst experience I've ever had. Not only did the flowers not get there on time, they didn't even arrive the day they we're suppose to. The customer service was unbelievably bad and completely unhelpful! One rep hung up on me when I demanded an explanation and another refused to let me speak to a manager. Save your money for a place that deserves it!

Ordered some flowers and chocolates for my girlfriend's birthday decided to give avas a chance and boy was that a mistake! The flowers didn't arrive at all even though i paid extra for the "guaranteed morning delivery." I contacted customer service and they said they could not locate my order and to check the charges with my bank after providing them with proof of the charge they ignored me altogether! Glad i spent the extra money on a necklace! Buy your flowers elsewhere if you actually want to get them!
