My loan experience with avant has been great but the app sucks. Mistype password once and I'm locked out, which I have to call to resolve....PIA

The previous payments tab doesn't show any history. Functionality is very limited.

App keeps throwing errors for everything I try to do. Unable to use app. Have to login on the internet

Easliy understand. Payment budget comfortably manage.

Pretty straight forward, makes it easy to keep track. Changes are easy to make. Never had a problem with the company or the app.

It keeps crashing,won't let me change the date on my loan,and redirects me to credit karma...

I got a lone through Avant and this app helps so much. If I need to I can change my payment date or payment amount. I have not had any problems with the app or the company

The old version worked great, force updated app now it doesn't work at all. I have deleted and reinstalled still doesn't work.

Just installed and I can't see my loan information.

App stopped working with latest update.

With new update i can no longer see my loan i don't know when to pay them now.

This app is fantastic and easy to use to help auto pay and extra payments.

Good app. Can make payments, change payment date, etc. I used it frequently to track payment information and progress of my loan.

I see people complaining about late fees. That's ridiculous...Pay your bills on time, dummies. Anyway...App used to be good but now it doesn't work. Lame...Needs fix soon.

Easy loan processes but bad interest rates. Loved having the app but it doesn't work anymore so if you could fix that it would be great.

Keeps saying their system is down but when I access from my laptop it works just fine. Please fix your app!

It's just another loan provider that redirects me to another loan provider

When I applied for my loan the process was easy and with automatic payments withdrawn from my bank account I had no worries about paying my loan. Yes the interest is high but if your credit is less than perfect what do you expect. I saw the terms of the loan before I signed.***Finished paying my loan recently. Got behind on some bills so I applied for a new loan and was denied. It's a shame they wouldn't help me catch up since I had recent surgeries. Now I'm disappointed in them.

I signed up and did all my information. There are people in way worse situations than me and people that I would think would get denied before me. I got denied and I don't get it. From all the reviews even with bad credit y'all supposedly are known for accepting people and helping them rebuild their credit. I have a full time job and am about to start school and I can't even get a little help? All of your reviews are lies

Tells me I'm approved for 3200$ and then tells me I'm denied. Thanks for wasting my time. Will never ever recommend to anyone.

INSANELY HIGH interest rates but easy process.

Their customer service is excellent. The communication by email is fast. They are based in Chicago, IL. The only pitfall is the interest rates are outrageous and dangerous but the approval was fast and the cash was deposited the next business day. It will help build/rebuild your credit situation. I actually transferred my balance to a 0% credit card promo to pay it off faster. I highly recommend and would still use it again if I needed it.

The interest rate is so high you end up paying back almost double what you borrow. My loan was supposed to be for 2yrs but with the interest rate it will take me 4yrs to have it paid off. Oh and the only way to make an early payment is by calling and speaking with a representative. Once I have this one payed off I will never use this company again.

Tried to pay off loan early. I was told it wouldn't lower my payments. Made four payments 59% of my payment went to interest. Paid $1009 interest in 4 months total rip off.

Sure you get approved for the loan. But you have 30% interest.... I borrowed 5000. Payments 197 a month. Been paying 17 months and I haven't even paid 1000 in principal yet... it's a total rip off!!! Do no do it!!!!

My interest was 35% i paid almost $300 for only 5 months of a loan. I said I wanted to pay off my loan I paid over $1800 to pay off a $2000 loan.

Great company to work with. Make double payments and only pay half the interest.

My wife and I are in a tight spot financially and we were approved so fast, hopefully the money will be in the account tomorrow but other than that great people to work with.

I am a truck driver and trying to update to a new acct to pull funds from and they need documents from Bank I am a truck driver it's harder to get all that info wow really work with the customers needs once paid off loan will not use them again and I will let ppl not to use them at all
