Silver Dollar City

The map barely zooms in, they all for access to GPS and make no use of it in the"interactive" map. We looked and decided where we wanted to have lunch and the place was closed. Weather came to the area and there is a place for messages from the park and it never said anything about rides closing even though they were. Nothing has actually made it here but Marvel Cave is still closed. The only reason to give it one star is it does list wait times for rides.

I just downloaded it cause I'm planning a trip there soon. Well so far on the app....The option to view "the wait times" for rides, it doesn't tell u the wait times..it just tells you about the rides. When I try to check ticket prices, it doesn't bring up anything. Just a blank screen. I don't know if maybe the app just doesn't work well with my type of phone or if it's just the app that needs improving but I hope this is fixable. But regardless of the app. Silver Dollar City itself gets 5 stars:)

They messed up the map. The rest is good but the map is what I used most.

The app good for planning before you attend. The app doesn't work well for me at the park. I don't know if it is the app or my carrier (Sprint).

The app helps you get through the park and know what is going on.

This app needs a monthly view.

Great companion app. It's a little unstable on my Galaxy Note 5 running Android 6.0.1 in the map section. I expect it will get better soon.

Had the old app, worked great, did the update and it never loads then gives me a "we're sorry an unexpected error has occurred" now the page wont even load.

The primary use of this app would seem to be the map for navigation in the park, but this app fails in that use. The map is simply a scanned copy of the map with a few interactive way points to click on. However, there are no integrated "you are here" on the map, as would seem obvious and very useful since this is a smartphone app that asks for location permission. Add interactive location on the map and it would get at least 4 if not 5 stars.

SDC is an incredible place and very thoughtful in all they do. I've never had a bad experience and I appreciate the hardworking people who make this an enjoyable place for families of all ages.

What happened? The old app wasn't the greatest but I was at least able to use it. Now it doesn't do anything

Great to navigate park

This app is ok, but could be better. The ride wait times is a valuable asset. It's the only thing I ever use this app for. However there is lots of room for improvement. The map itself only deserves a 1 star. SDC should make it more interactive. The buildings are shown, but the names of the shops are not. Same with the restaurants. I wish that it would let you know which shop is which, and what they sell there. And the restaurants should show a menu. Also a daily show schedule would be nice.

The app provides good information about Silver Dollar City. The ride wait times are especially helpful! However the application is difficult to navigate and information is hard to find. Also, the "my schedule" feature sounds interesting but the app crashes each time it is selected. I expected more from the app. We really enjoy SDC.

I had this app on my old phone and it worked well, but on my new s7 it keeps quit working! I Uninstalled and re-installed several times but kept quit working! It gets a little irritating because I use this app!

This app lets me know what is happening where. I know which rides to go to first, with the least wait times.

With some tweaks, this could be a great tool while in the park. The map is the thing I would improve the most it needs to be interactive and be able to zoom in super close so it displays the names of buildings, rides, shops ,etc. It doesn't show any of the little nooks and crannies of the park. As is, the map is completely useless. We ended up going back for a paper map in the park after we discovered how useless the app was. The app is hard to navigate as well.

The app will glitch out right after I open it and I had to Uninstall it and reinstall it. I am hoping that helps it run better

The app has been crashing for a couple of weeks when I try to get into schedules and hours. I tried to email to report it and the email got bounced back. Frustrating!

Kinda confusing to find specific things such as festivals and times. Could be made easier . Plus the wait times have never worked

Helps me know when the festivals are so I can take my vacation time accordingly. ..or plan that last minute weekend run-away! Or buy tickets for the other attractions ahead of time, as well.

A little hard to find specific things you may want to know. You have to travel through their menu to get where you might want.

Enjoyed being able to build a schedule for the day. Hate that when I but the back button I'm taken back to the main screen rather than the spot I was last looking at.

Dont use this app if you own a Samsung Galaxy S6. It turns into a zero function app. As soon as it is opened it constantly forces my volume button to key on. Fix it for future users as it is 2015 and Samsung has a lot of users.

I find the app very helpful. I love the schedule, map and lists of what's coming up. It was only lacking in one area. I looked all over the app to find out when the church service started and I could not find an answer anywhere.

The biggest thing I dislike is that it will send a notification with a partial message but when you try to open the message to read the rest, its gone. Frustrating when its something you were interested in.
