Dollywood - The Experience

I mainly use it for the major ride line wait times, to help decide which way to head next. I'd like to see two changes that I can think of right now. 1. The map should be zoomable and interactive. No one with the app should need a paper map. 2. I'd like to sort the show schedule by time, so i could quickly see what is coming up next, instead of having to sort through all the shows. Just a couple ideas. Pretty handy though.

The only thing that worked was the major ride wait times WHEN the operators updated it timely and they were down too much. NO PROMISED PARK WI-FI either. Middle of June, come on.

My Galaxy S4 the menu stays up and blocks all content it will not X off reloaded three times same thing

What it shows on the main screen..mine does not. It will not let me view rides and such. Mine has like a few icons on the home page. That's it. They include things such as a map.

Was at Dollywood, so I tried the app. Didn't work. Ask to download the map, again, didn't work... Other amuament parks have a working map with your location, not this one, and again it wouldn't even download a static map.

I can not get this app to work. It will not go into the maps....etc

Ride wait times are double what shows in app. Surcharge to buy ticket in app. No showtimes. You can do better Dolly

Good way to navigate and find out things

I don't see the purpose of installing this app when 90% of the content is from the website.

This game is so much fun

It's nice to have the maps but can't zoom in on the Dollywood map. Also would be nice if the areas were marked with numbers as are the paper maps so that you can find places you are looking for. Only if just the numbers were on it and you can look at the paper map to see what they are. Also, if you would show you where you are at on the map as well would be helpful. As high the price is for a ticket is and as expensive things are in the park you buy, especially when it comes to food for lunch and supper.

Seriously? For all the bloat this app has, it couldn't include a daily show schedule? That's what I really needed, to be able to visit the park and look on my phone and plan my day around that day's show schedule. Oh well.... Guess I'll find a paper map. Uninstalled...

This was one of the better themepark apps when it was released.. Now apps from parks like Disney and Six Flags are much much better.. Dollywood needs to work on this app some

The GPS on their map is horribly inaccurate and I couldn't navigate anywhere.

The map won't zoom in and the design is crap.

Dollywood vacation

Could not move map up close to see or read labeling. Not helpful at all.

Needs to have access to Dollywood Season Pass accounts. Regular web version needs the same.

Good app, pretty thorough. My one complaint, and I say this because I have the Disney World app, is the posted ride times next to the ride's name and description. I know DW are fantastic at keeping their capacity going, bit it's nice to have.

Not that it has anything to do with Dolly or anything ! !

Dollywood

Great app with maps and schedules but since there is no mobile service or guest wifi, it is completely useless. I would suggest a pre-download mode or something.

Needs so much more work. .....almost pointless.

Dollywood is always the greatest we get season passes every year.

There just isn't enough good info on this app. It needs a much better map and wait times for rides etc.
