I love the convenience & clarity, however software glitches out alot.
NEED AN UPDATE! As time goes on the cameras I have spent good money on are becoming useless.

After doing research a found out that vuezone has updated to Arol a newer version of vuezone with better feature it answered my question why this app hasn't updated in a long time I like vuezone for my minamal needs eventually I will update because I love this type of system i wish net gear would have told me about this system via email
The app works as described without any problems in my galaxy s3
On my GS5 the android app continues to trigger the motion sensor recording even when I disable the cameras. The only way to get it to stop is to toggle the cameras off using the app on my iPad. Never had this issue using the app on an iPhone. Sigh...
Will not load cam moves very slow if it works it's getting worse it won't let me login had support help couldn't fix
Netgear has introduced a new survelliance system called Arlo and unfortunately they have stopped caring about their VueZone customers. This app continues to get worse and worse. When trying to playback videos the app locks up constantly and I have to completely shutdown the app and log in again. Boo on you Netgear! I will not be purchasing anymore Netgear products.

You were a paid for premium app when my home. Help changed my password on a Friday that some haters would b in my small town. She reached in front of me as I went to enter my new pw. Then she left w/o a word and ignored my ph calls all weekend.when I called u 2 help change it, I was given a "ticket"#! I didn't hv access to my 4 cams and 4 all I knew they were viewing me thru MY OWN CMS N WIFI! Just who is it premium app supporting???? Had to quit using then changed it n WiFi n all pw(s). Myself! THANKS!
I understand a website being down for maintenance.. but 5 days now is unacceptable, especially if this is an app that's supposed to monitor your home, work or office. It would be nice to get an alert by vuezone, some communication. In all honesty I'm fed up with this monitoring system.. wayyyy too many problems.
This company just cannot seem to get this project of theirs to work properly. They should start by getting rid of the entire tech support team and start with a more competent crew that does not read from a teleprompter. When you log onto the app, it does not open but tells you "No cameras found." Called for tech support and spent 45 min on the phone trying to get through to the right person that handles VueZone. Time to go to electronics store and buy a different brand.
I used this application on my samsung galaxy s3 and it worked fine now that I have the S 6 it won't let me log in
Keeps telling me log in is invalid...used yesterday no problem...
Still no service on 3 of 5 of my cameras since the last maintenance issue. I have been calling for over a month and NO ONE seems to be able to help me. Continues to say someone will get back to me by email or phone. I spoke to a manager and he couldn't do crap. All he can say is I've updated you to a level 3!! What the heck does that mean? Here I am another week later adding to the month spent without full service, calling only to be told the same thing!! Cancelling. Poor service/worse customer service!!
Down for maintenance too long. Useless product not working going on 2 weeks.
This is a life saver. I can view my employee's anytime, and anywhere, I am. Great investment.

Since I updated to the newest version 3.1.10 I can't get in to my account. All my other devices work with the older version, but now it's not working on my Samsung S5. I removed the app rebooted and reinstalled and still get the message Invalid Login message.

Down for 2 days now... Customer service basically told me to eat a d!©% ... They refuse to credit me anything back... Supervisor told me to keep checking back and that's all the credit I was going to receive. Unacceptable.
Have had VueZone for a year now, and the recent issue of not being able to capture or view video/snapshots is the first problem I've dealt with! When motion was detected, I still got e-mailed and was able to view live feed (unless site was down for maintenance)! Being divorced and living by myself for the first time in years, I have a sense of security being able to check my apartment and my animals! I love this system and would recommend it!
I'm not happy at all with vuezone. I am currently looking into a different surveillance system. I don't recommend this to anyone. I've had this for over a year. I have been trying to watch my home while I'm away but my "my vuezone" app is saying the site is down for maintenance. It's literally been 3 days since I've been able to log on. What's going on?
Too late if you already bought the cameras, but Netgear does not have their sheet together on this. Couldn't access security video for 10 days (!), now site is down for maintenance and has been for hours. Only thing that seems to work are their requests for me to renew my service. F-ed up.
Was a good app till they up graded the app. Been with them almost 2 years and no problems till now. Will give five stars when thy fix the problems. Lost stuff that was taken while the site was done and on able to view cameras hope to see it getting fixed soon. I do understand problems happen.
I think the customers should be compensated for this inconvenience. I use this service as a tool to also keep an eye on my children as well as my home. I would like to see Vuezone show a bit more compassion. I'm a bit disappointed by the way this problem is being handled with updates to the customers.

I use this on a day to day basis so for it to be down for days on end is not cool i paid good money so 2 stars till i see it come back on from maintenance.
Unacceptable. Paying for nothing. I have a sick pet at home I need to monitor and this maintenance thing is going on for days. At least credit me back for the downtime.
Probably shouldn't have bought vuezone.

It use to be the perfect app, not any longer, it is doing all kinds of crazy thing, like showing that the camera is on, viewing, but the camera is laying on my kitchen table with no batteries in it,, what the heck,, never saw anything like this before,must be a ghost camera,,, Wow, oh yeah, I can put fresh batteries in the camera fully charged and 30 minutes later it out and in the red,oh no , it not the batteries , went and bought several more and the same thing, come on now!! Your home or u are not safe, don't even think that u are!!!!!
