Autotrader - Cars For Sale

Not accurate. I'm searching for a particular 4wd truck and like all other apps I select that option in the search filters but it does not work. Instead it pulls up every version including 2wd of the model I'm looking for. Also it lacks the number of search criteria for the user to be able to narrow results (probably linked to accuracy issues) and the ability to save your searches although you can save a vehicle if you can find one ☺️ Too bad, the competition's apps are much better. All Auto Trader needs to do is check out the Carmax app, specifically the in-depth list of search criteria, accuracy of results, and the ability to save both searches and vehicles.

Old version was easy to search. Isn't that the purpose of this app? Now the filters are not intuitive and buried in a 'material' design. Easier to use web site. Update: The app was getting better with each update. Now searches that I saved from my desktop are all inclusive. It now returns all vehicles from the year and distance specified. Nothing like filtering through 11298 results that include all makes and models from the 100 mile range. Again, it has returned to useless. Stick with the website or a better app like CarGurus. Another update: Now the app doesn't recognized account or stay 'signed in'. This is the worst managed app development ever. I guess they are trying to force customers to CarGurus. It just keeps getting worse. Now I have to sign out and sign back in to see favorites. Apparently you have to update your phone and operating system with each update. Thanks for making this app work for the 14 people who have Android 7.1.1.2.2.3.5 (whatever).

I have to close and reopen the app everytime I want to change to a different car search. Most of the time the buttons don't work at all. I've tried reinstalling to no avail. This app sucks but it is the only way to look through AutoTrader besides the just as horrible mobile website.

Would not hold filters at all, every time I set them it removed them, only held 3 filters at any time, useless for now. S8

Hasn't worked on the Galaxy s8. Not sure if it's Android 7 that's the problem. But it doesn't work at all. Just had the spinning icon and that's it.

The searches need to be able to be refined more at least pick the years and trims for example I can't just look up 2015 chevy high country

Disregards my filters all too regularly, just throws in way too many sponsored listings

It desperately needs a way to flag fraudulent / misleading listings (many listing bs prices)

No option to search by "fuel type". Landscape mode renders keyboard useless. Fix and I'll be back

Difficult to use. Thinks I'm buying car in UAE doesn't filter well. Uninstall.

Difficult to revise filters As good as the website is, this App is non-responsive to filter inputs even after clearing and starting over.

App crashes and freezes literally ever time you use it.

Love to think of the possibility I can buy just put in how much u want to spend and find the options. Mcloving it lol

Very difficult to navigate site! Cargurus site is much more user friendly and intuitive.

This is a great app to find cars if your interested in buying because of it's ease of use and it's accesibility to listings.

Good way to search vehicles, BUT can't change parameters without closing app and restarting.

Works great, saves the cars your interested in and want to come back to later. Very convenient.

It looks like the developers finally made this interface work with no crashes. Good stuff!
