Mopar Connect

Much like every other user on here, I can't log into the app. Useless wepage? Sure! Reset password? Hell yes! Login attempt #388593? Not valid. How have you not fixed this yet? I guess I can carry around my laptop and find wifi spots and use the actual website but if I wanted to do that, I probably wouldn't be writing this review.

Read all the reviews....I have the same problem as everyone else. Unable to log in. I get invalid user message. It works fine on my pc. What a waste. I want to use the mobile app...not my pc. Please fix. I am only doing a trial of the u connect and will not purchase after the trial runs out if this app isn't fixed

Can't sign in, thought I did something wrong but apparently I'm not the only one, when I try to access the website it says it isn't secure. Got an email asking for my VIN# I'm a little apprehensive to give it

I guess like everyone else here I can't login . Forgot password takes me to the Web page where I can login with no problems . Please fix app or remove it .

This app is totally nonfunctional I can't believe Chrysler would allow something so worthless on the, market. Are they trying to prove that they really are Fiat? I could not get past the sign-in screen

Will add stars when I can sign in. Since downloading I have been unable to sign in. The web page works fine it's just the app. Uconnect and other apps work fine. Please fix.

I just bought my 2017 vehicle today and the app doesn't work. It works on the web. I don't want to pay for something that doesn't work!!

Like everyone else, can't login. Total failure FCA. 1.8 rating....how telling... $60k car, and this app doesn't work. It's sad that GM and Ford have an app that works but you don't. You guys don't even respond to the reviews.

log in fine on Moparownercenter website but on this app it won't let me.I have the uconnect app but it fails to compare with the onstar app because you can send directions from your phone to the car, find your car, and more with the onstar. So Chrysler needs to get it together and update the uconnect app. I have a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee so shouldn't be a problem. I traded a 2010 Chevy Malibu in on it and I miss the onstar so much.That car even had an awesome phone built into it incase your cell phone died

This app will not recognize the user name or password. If I click on "forgot password" it takes me to the website in which I'm able to login with the same username and password with no issue. This is highly unacceptable especially after aquiring a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee and being told that I could use this app to access features of my vehicle from my mobile device. I see that I'm not the only person with this issue and there has been nothing done to correct this issue from what I've seen.

This has to be the worst app and the worse customer service ever! I didnt read the reviews before downloading but I will next time. Play store you need to block this shity app until Chrysler gets its act together. This is when people dont support American cars. All of these negative reviews tells me that either your not reading them or you just dont care

Could not log in, hit the Help button went to a different page. I wound up clicking on the link for Mopar owner connect, login page came up and everything worked. They need to change the login page it does not work unless you hit HELP and click on the Mopar owner connect link. login, put in your info, choose your vehicle and bingo

Here it is a year later and nothing has been done correct this error. I will uninstall this app. Seems these comments are not read. MOPAR has horrible apps. Cannot set up this account. Says I have an invalid email address (ending .net). Please correct and I will install again.

Cant log in, invalid username/password, however i can log in to the webpage. through the web page I cant put any canadian info into the page to update my vehicle. such a waste of time. fix it or remove it.

2011 Charger, 5.7 Hemi...thought I found a Legit, MOPAR app. Sure wouldve been nice. Mopar or No car. Whoever created this app are just fakers.

Wow first time user and this app is straight up horrible. Can't login and I just created my user. Would love to see how it works if it's ever fixed.

Cannot login because username and password apparently don't match. Cannot input a Canadian address into my profile and therefore cannot get past registration. Links are broken, and interface is poor.

No matter how many times I try and reset password, it just doesn't work. I'm sure a little effort on developers would solve this problem.

This app is so bad it should be remove from the play store. It just don't work. Double checked online email and password are correct. Horrible. It makes dodge look bad.

Useless. As many others have stated, the App doesn't recognize log in info. However, I'm able to sign in on Mopar connect website with no problem.

Same as everyone else except the generic "this app is great" bot postings. (Why do that?) Invalid username/password, can't log in. Ever.

Has not ever worked. I can log in fine on website, both from a PC or phone browser. The app, nope. Junk, junk, crap, worthlessness. Zero stars not an option.

Spent 30 minutes with customer support, but couldn't get it to work on my Samsung S6. Website works fine. They opened a ticket for me. Waiting to hear back. Does it work with anyone's S6?

Dont think this is for Canadians as I cannot edit province or postal code properly. Very frustrating app...fix and notify please!

Great app, you click the fancy blue Mopar icon and get a splash screen that goes to a blank black screen and then nothing happens. WOW! Someone help me contain my excitement! Another garbage app, I expect nothing less from FCA.

Anyone listening? I'm like James, changed password and got it but then once logged out it's the same problem, can't log in again because it's back to not functioning. And like all other people, password works online. I would note that once I was in briefly, the app did not have the options it shows in the screenshots. Doesn't look like the same app to me. I want to remote start my car and that among other things isn't there. If I try to put my car info in, says it's not found! Get it together

Like many others, I get an error saying that my login info is incorrect. Yet, I have no issues logging on to the website. Useless - Deleted

always give user name and password. all people got the same issue but looks no body care to fix it

Will not accept username and password. 6 month free trial is useless. Not worth buying after trial period!

Can't login just get error message that your info isn't correct. Looks like a great app but can't get past first screen. Dont waste your time.

I have a valid username and can log into the web version but not the app. Crapola!

Everyone else and I would love for you to fix your app so we can log in, or just remove it from the play store if you cannot fix the problems. I was very excited to try this app, now very disappointed. Sad face.

I'm using the exact same user name and password that I do on the Mopar site, but it won't let me in. >:(

I was really looking forward to using this app. Very disappointed that I can't connect, like many other people. I'm a software developer who has done some android development, so I'd be happy to fix the problem(for free) since evidently your developers can't.

Username/password issue. I can sign on from a webpage with no problem. This app does not work

I can log onto the website fine. I try to login with this app and get invalid username/password combination error, just like everyone else. Do us a favor and either repair the app or pull it. Don't waste our time downloading and fiddling with a useless app. I rate this zero stars. One star is giving it too much credit.

Same issue as everyone else as of 7/1/15 can login online and the app still gives the invalid username/password. I was really looking forward to trying this out sounds decent if it would work

Like all other reviews the app says incorrect username/passsord , yet I can sign into the website. Please fix the bug in your app
