Didn't give my first ride free

I booked an auto from huda its markets it self as first ride free till 100rs but that was my first ride & I was charged with 70rs please don't go for this ever Jugnoo App is far better than this piece of junk no wonder it has only 10000 download I have shared it with everyone who I know here & they all wasn't surprised with it as they know the reality of this fake

I booked an auto from south city 2 Gurgaon to vyapar kendr. The meter reading was Rs. 67 but auto driver charged Rs. 80 because he was not able to punch arrival in South city 2

Gives alert: "Server request timeout! Please try again"... I had the app previously installed ..but then i formatted my phone and reinstalled it..and it doesn't let me register. Please fix this issue!

Booking procedure too slow and time taking, drivers also lie by saying that they are too far from the pick up point, the location stated by them did not match with that shown on the map.

I'm first time user but it's saying already registered my mobile number even there is no login option.

No cabs in hyderabad as well as mumbai

It keeps saying that Error occurred during request.

When i thpe mh email address it responsed an invalid email address. I tried two more email address but response is same. Please resolve it.

I booked twice today...one reached destination but did not pick my call..he drove past the auto right in front of me...then I cancelled that and booked another...received message that driver reached to pick you up...but I called him 15 times and he did not pick my call.i am going to uninsatll the app right away and never recommend anybody to use this

No auto is ever available in chandigarh. Very slow app. Needs tons of improvement and lot more auto on road

The app is not user friendly, and stops working unexpectedly, cannot book a single ride, inspite of having a high 3g connection, it says that internet is too slow to make the booking. There is nothing special in the new update.

Very few autos available at certain locations.

Have to book multiple times to get to the right person who. Will drop me to. My destination. There should be a pickup and drop address so the driver knows if he has to pick a customer or not

I already registered myself before and logged out of the app and now when I am trying to login again, there is no such option available.
