Δυο αληθινές γυναίκες, δυο πραγματικές φίλες, δυο διαφορετικοί χαρακτήρες έρχονται στα πρόθυρα της σύγκρουσης ξεχνώντας προς στιγμή τους ισχυρούς δεσμούς που τους συνδέουν. Η φιλία όμως αναλαμβάνει δράση και αμβλύνει την κατάσταση, έτσι όπως μόνο μια πραγματική κι αληθινή φιλία μπορεί…

Η Φώφη Walter-Κυρλίδου, με ρίζες στη Μικρά Ασία και τον Ελληνισμό της Σοβιετικής Ένωσης, γεννήθηκε στην Αθήνα, στην Πλάκα, και μεγάλωσε μέχρι τα 14 χρόνια της στην Δάφνη.
Τα χρόνια τής εφηβείας της τα πέρασε στην Αφρική, στην Ζάμπια, όπου είχε μετακινηθεί όλη η οικογένειά της λόγω τής εργασίας του πατέρα της, μηχανικού στο επάγγελμα. Η μητέρα της ήταν δασκάλα κι από εκείνη κληρονόμησε την μεγάλη της αγάπη για την λογοτεχνία και τα βιβλία.
Σπούδασε ψυχολογία στο Πανεπιστήμιο του York, στον Καναδά, και στην συνέχεια εργάστηκε σε πολυεθνικές εταιρείες. Έζησε για 20 χρόνια σε χώρες της Λατινικής Αμερικής ακολουθώντας τον άντρα της, τον Rudolf Walter, Ελβετό υπήκοο και στέλεχος μεγάλης πολυεθνικής, με τον οποίο απόκτησε μία κόρη και έναν γιο. Δίδαξε για δύο χρόνια ως λέκτορας στο Καθολικό Πανεπιστήμιο του Γουαγιακίλ του Εκουαδόρ.
Τα τελευταία 12 χρόνια ζει μόνιμα με την οικογένειά της στην Ελβετία. Λατρεύει τα ταξίδια (έχει γυρίσει όλο τον κόσμο από την Γη του Πυρός ως το Θιβέτ κι από τις Νήσους του Πάσχα μέχρι την Νέα Ζηλανδία), την βοτανολογία, τους περιπάτους στη φύση και το διάβασμα. Επίσης της αρέσει να γράφει όμορφες ιστορίες για όλα αυτά που έχει ζήσει και τις οποίες κρατά προς το παρόν στο συρτάρι – όσο κι αν οι φίλοι της την παρακινούν να τις δημοσιεύσει!

H Βάσω Αποστολοπούλου - Αναστασίου γεννήθηκε στη Βέροια όπου και τελείωσε το δημοτικό. Αυτή είναι η πατρίδα της, η πόλη της καρδιάς της. Αν και ρίζες της είναι στην Πελοπόννησο (την οποία επίσης αγαπά) και η εφηβεία και η ενήλικη ζωή της έχουν τη σφραγίδα της Αθήνας, εκείνη δηλώνει πως είναι Μακεδόνισσα!
Ο Λόγος, γραπτός και προφορικός, πάντα τη γοήτευε. Με δυο γονείς δασκάλους έμαθε να διαβάζει από τα τρία της χρόνια – και δεν σταμάτησε από τότε. Η φιλολογία αναμενόμενη επιλογή. Ωστόσο, και μετά από πολύ προβληματισμό, ακολούθησε την δεύτερη μεγάλη της αγάπη, την Ιατρική. Τελείωσε το Πανεπιστήμιο της Αθήνας, παντρεύτηκε με τον Μανώλη Αναστασίου, συμφοιτητή της, κι απόκτησε δυο γιους. Πολλές οι υποχρεώσεις της, επί σειρά ετών. Και η πρώτη της αγάπη, εκείνη για τον Λόγο, να αρκείται στο διάβασμα βιβλίων. Αναρίθμητων. Μέχρι που άρχισε ο ελεύθερος χρόνος να γίνεται λίγο περισσότερος κι αποφάσισε να περάσει από την ανάγνωση στη συγγραφή.

The Walter-Fofi Kyrlidou, with roots in Asia Minor Hellenism and the Soviet Union, was born in Athens, Plaka, and grew up to 14 years in Daphne.
The teenage years were spent in Africa, Zambia, where he had moved the entire family because of the work of her father, the engineering profession. Her mother was a teacher and she inherited from her great love of literature and books.
He studied psychology at the University of York, Canada, and then worked in multinational companies. He lived for 20 years in Latin America following the husband, Rudolf Walter, a Swiss national and multinational high strain, which acquired a daughter and a son. He taught for two years as a lecturer at the Catholic University of Guayaquil in Ecuador.
The last 12 years has lived with her family in Switzerland. She loves traveling (has turned the world of Tierra del Fuego as Tibet and from Easter Island to New Zealand), the botany, nature walks and reading. She also likes to write good stories for all those who have lived and which currently holds the drawer - as though her friends encourage to publish!
 
H Vasso Apostolopoulos - Anastasiou was born in Veria, where he finished primary school. This is the home of the city's heart. Although its roots are in the Peloponnese (which I also love) and adolescence and adulthood have the stamp of Athens, she says it is Makedonissa!
The word, written and spoken, always fascinated me. With both parents teachers learned to read by the age of three - and has not stopped since. The expected choice literature. However, after much reflection, followed by the second great love, medicine. He graduated from the University of Athens, married Manolis Anastasiou, fellow students, and had two sons. Many of the obligations for many years. And her first love, the one on the ground, to merely reading books. Innumerable. Until I started spending time to be a little more and decided to get a reading to writing.
