Η οικογένεια αποτελεί για το παιδί έναν από τους σημαντικότερους σταθμούς στη ζωή του. Δεν ισχύει όμως αυτό για όλα τα παιδιά και για όλες τις οικογένειες. Πολλοί παράγοντες και κυρίως τρίτα πρόσωπα παίζουν συνήθως καθοριστικό ρόλο στην εξέλιξη της ζωής των παιδιών, και μόνο όταν αυτά έχουν τα κατάλληλα εφόδια ή απλώς καμιά φορά σταθούν τυχερά μπορούν να ανταπεξέλθουν στη ζωή…

Η Άννα Δεληγιάννη Τσιουλπά γεννήθηκε το 1960 στις Μακρυλιές Σαμοθράκης Ν. Έβρου. Αποφοίτησε το 1977 από το εξατάξιο Γυμνάσιο Σαμοθράκης. Είναι πτυχιούχος της Φιλοσοφικής Σχολής του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης. Εργάζεται ως Φιλόλογος στο 4ο ΓΕΛ Αλεξανδρούπολης, στο οποίο υπηρέτησε επί σειρά ετών ως υποδιευθύντρια.
Είναι ποιήτρια και συγγραφέας, αρθρογράφος-δοκιμιογράφος, κριτικός λογοτεχνίας και με αυτή την ιδιότητα παρουσιάζει από το 1994 το έργο Ελλήνων συγγραφέων ποιητών και πεζογράφων.
Το 2011 διακρίθηκε σε διαγωνισμό διηγήματος με το διήγημα Τρίτη Ηλικία.
Αρθρογραφεί στον ημερήσιο και περιοδικό τύπο. Πολλά άρθρα δημοσιεύονται μέχρι σήμερα από την εφημερίδα Βήμα και Ελευθεροτυπία.
Το 2013 εκδόθηκε από τις εκδόσεις Σαΐτα το βιβλίο της, Τεθλασμένη Ζωή.
Είναι παντρεμένη με τον εκπαιδευτικό Γιώργο Τσιουλπά και έχει δυο παιδιά, το Χάρη και τη Φιλιώ.

Anna Deligianni Tsioulpa born 1960 in Makrilies Samothrace Evros. He graduated in 1977 from High School Samothrace. He graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Working as a philologist in the 4th Lyceum of Alexandroupoli, where he served for several years as Deputy Director.
It poetess and writer, columnist-essayist, literary critic and as such presents since 1994 the work of Greek poets and prose writers.
In 2011 excelled in the short story competition short story Elderly.
He writes articles in newspapers and magazines. Many articles are published today by the newspaper To Vima and Eleftherotypia.
The 2013 edition was published by Saito's book, Life Broken line.
She is married to George Tsioulpa teacher and has two children, Grace and friendship.
