Το φθινόπωρο του 2009 ξεκίνησα να γράφω για βιβλία στο πατρινό έντυπο Bookmarks, μετά από πρόταση του φίλου Γιάννη Πλιώτα, ενός από τους πιο φανατικούς λιμπροφίλ που έχω γνωρίσει. Έγραψα τέσσερα-πέντε κείμενα, τα οποία είναι αλήθεια πως τώρα πια δε θυμάμαι καν σε ποια βιβλία αναφέρονταν. Με εξαίρεση το αφιέρωμα που κάναμε στον Κωστάκη Ανάν, που τότε ακόμα καμία καθωσπρέπει στήλη βιβλίου δεν καταδεχόταν να ασχοληθεί μαζί του. Το καλοκαίρι του 2010 γνωρίστηκα με τον πολυμήχανο Δημήτρη Τομαρά, ο οποίος την εποχή εκείνη έστηνε μαζί με το έτερο βιβλιόμουτρο Γιάννη Αστερή το διαδικτυακό περιοδικό Lasttapes. Όταν με ρώτησε αν θα ήθελα να αναλάβω μια στήλη με θεματικά αφιερώματα σε παλαιές και νεότερες εκδόσεις, εγώ ενθουσιάστηκα και έτσι δημιουργήθηκε το «Scripta Volant». Μια μάλλον χιουμοριστική νότα σε έναν, κατά τα άλλα, πολύ σοβαρό ιστότοπο. Εξάλλου, δεν είναι τυχαίο, νομίζω, πως τα παιδιά εξ αρχής με τοποθέτησαν στην τελευταία τους σελίδα, εκεί όπου και οι εφημερίδες αφιερώνουν χώρο στα πιο ανάλαφρά τους θέματα…

Ο Γιάννης Αντάμης γεννήθηκε το 1975 στο Βόλο.
Σπούδασε στο πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών και -μεταξύ άλλων- εργάζεται ως δικηγόρος.
Είναι ο συγγραφέας των βιβλίων: «Πριγκιποδουλειές» (Οξύ, 2006), «Σχέδιο Τρόμου» (Οξύ, 2007) και «Κατά τον Δαίμονα Εαυτού» (Τόπος, 2008).
Το τελευταίο του μυθιστόρημα, «Λεγεώνα», ΔΕΝ κυκλοφορεί από κανέναν εκδοτικό οίκο.
Σε συνεργασία με την ομάδα dreamtigers δημοσιεύει τακτικά στο ιστολόγιο onemansland.blogspot.com κείμενα και φωτογραφίες του.

In the fall of 2009 I started writing books in Patras Form Bookmarks, at the suggestion of friend John Pliota, one of the most dedicated limprofil I've ever met. I wrote four to five texts, which is truth that now not even remember what books mentioned. With the exception of the tribute we did in Costaki Annan, who then still no decent column book does not condescend to deal with him. The summer of 2010 I met the resourceful D. Tomaras, who at that time would set up together with the other star John vivliomoutro online magazine Lasttapes. When asked if I would take on a column columns devoted to old and newer versions, I was thrilled and so created the «Scripta Volant». A rather humorous twist on an otherwise very serious website. Moreover, it is no coincidence, I think, that children outset placed in the last page, where and newspapers devote space to lighter themes ...
 
John Adams was born in 1975 in Volos.
He studied at the University of Athens, among others, works as a lawyer.
He is the author of the books: "Prigkipodouleies" (Acute, 2006), "Project Terror" (Acute, 2007) and "When Daemon Self" (Place, 2008).
His latest novel, "Legion," NOT available from any publisher.
In collaboration with the group dreamtigers regularly publish blog onemansland.blogspot.com texts and photos.
