Autolettura gas

È disponibile la nuova app di Gas Natural Vendita che ti consente in modo semplice di effettuare l’autolettura del tuo contatore gas. Per accedere dovrai inserire codice cliente e codice contratto che puoi trovare sul fronte della tua bolletta gas in alto a destra. Se sei nel periodo utile per comunicare l’autolettura ti verrà chiesto di leggere il tuo contatore gas e inserire le cinque cifre a sinistra della virgola. Qualora dovessi riscontrare problemi, una pratica guida all’interno della App ti aiuterà nel trovare la soluzione, fornendoti i contatti del servizio clienti.

To access you have to enter your customer number and contract number that you can find on the front of your gas bill in the upper right corner. If you're in the period for communicating self-reading you will be asked to read your gas meter and enter five digits to the left of the decimal point. If you encounter problems, a handy guide within the App will help in finding the solution, providing the customer service contacts.
