Improve the performance of this app. It loads too slow. Give the options to select the language and currency. make it more easy to book it asap. Give some options to select the features of the car apart from just manual, auto and the car class. Learn something from rental cars app.

This app knocked my confidence in the company. If their app is this useless, then what is the rest of the company like?

I use this website all the time as a regular customer but this application is really limited. When in the US I am unable to rent a car? So I have to place myself in another country to search for rentals in USA, but then I try to search for cites beyond the letter G and it blocks. Totally useless.

As soon as I touch the list of countries for "Pickup Location" the entire list goes black and I can't read it. Completely useless.

Mobile-friendly website will do the job.

I always book through Auto Europe..they always seem to have best prices and have always found their customer service to be very efficient. For such a major player this app is painfully slow and unusable even on Samsung s7. Also needs much better filter options.

It will show dreadful and cryptic "An Error Has Accured" when searching for particular vehicle (minivan in this case) but will show correct vehicle as available when vehicle type is not selected. Also "Modify Search" button on error page loops back to the error page without chances to change anything. Uninstalled.

Dreadful app. Slow, missing info & crashes. Don't scroll too fast when selecting country or the app will crash. I have looked numerous times to book for the USA but can't find it as an option, asked a few friends to check and they have the same issues.

This App has not been updated since 2013.it keeps stopping when i try to input a pickup location,its a waste of space,so please up date it,

The staff of this company are not helpful. My credit card got cancelled by the bank for security reasons and they did not agree to give me the car or return the money. I offered other ways of payments but they didn't accept.

One star because zero is not possible. No way to save settings (like country), no way to view entire reservation. Oh sure , there is an information line that says "To view a complete voucher, please click here", but when this is clicked you are just presented with the same "Reservation Found" page that really doesn't contain any information apart from the fact that you have a reservation. Nothing about what car rental company you should contact. Fix this, and the app will definitely gain 2-3 additional stars.

Very unpleasant to use, doesn't save any details like country on currency.

What's the point if I had to remember myself a voucher number or the offer previously liked? But suitable to take a glance over current proposals, if you don't like the chunky web-site interface.

Ugly, back button not positioned properly, supplier information missing, no ability to log into account.

the app is quite basic and always defaults to usa whenever you open it. you cannot save any searches either so you have to repeat all steps everytime (inc changing country from usa) website version also allows for useful filter of vechicles lacking on this app

The app doesn't remember your selections of your country of origin or destination, and worse just randomly selects some that you haven't previously asked for

Does not provide depth of information available on website that makes Auto Europe a generally excellent way to get quotes and make reservations. One cannot make an informed car rental choice using this app.

App keeps restarting . Took me 15 tries to manage the booking

This could have been a convenient way to find and book a rental car, but there are two serious flaws that make it too slow to use: 1) It doesn't save my country of residence, and I have to scroll for ages to find my country every time I open the app. 2) No search history or decent way to jump to a specific part of a search. So if I've searched for full-size cars on a certain location, but now I want to see which SUV's are available, I need to do the entire search again. Should be easy to fix :)

It does something, but does it wrong. Usability terrible.

The Web version is much better, as it shows the rental company, saves the country of residence (if you return to the start screen here, you are placed in the US all over sudden, etc.

Should remember my country. Doesn't provide options of web so too limited. I'll reinstall when it is upgraded. The web will work fine in the mean time.

Works well on ATT Captivate/Galaxy with 2.1. Reservations are a snap, app is intuitive.

Very good when you are on the run. I prefer the website but when the computer is not available this app is okay. It does the trick.

International car rental can be tough to do but this app makes a straightforward attempt to get you the info you need. I was able to get a quote for my trip to Denmark easily.

Good, but exits everytime and doesnt go back everytime.

The most frustrating app I have ever used!! You make a mistake and/or want to go back it start over again or simply quits! Website is almost as bad!!

Pretty poor app. Even if it worked it would be pretty poor.

Freezes, input changes not recognized and does not proceed forward with booking. Fix it or take this down and try again later.

It loaded and installed, but when I went to open it on my 2011 Samsung Sidekick 4G Android smart phone, it kept freezing up and never was able to open
