Booked a 7 seater taxi on the app, all confirmed. Then when due to pick us up they called to say they didn't have a 7 seater but we could have two cars for twice the price. Then became rude when I said that wasn't very fair. Uninstalled and moved to a taxi company without rude staff.

After booking a taxi and choosing to pay by credit card, I was informed on starting my journey this carried a 'surcharge' of 10%. This wasn't stated anywhere on the app or the website. Completely unacceptable

Quick, simple service. The app works well. The only problem I have is that sometimes the app doesn't recognise addresses or postcodes. Hopefully it is just a glitch that'll be resolved quickly. Other than that I have no complaints.

Had this on my iPhone and used it all the time, very happy it's on android too. Works well for me, sometimes it geocodes slightly off, but not terribly.

Used this App for the first time last night and have to say it is "Brilliant". Easy to use and had fun watching Map of how near the car was getting to pick us up.

My phone considers this a battery draining app. GPS and address geocoding failed. Ended up ringing, not very with the age of taxi ordering.
