Used this app several times and only a very few times have the taxis actually turned up. Most of your drivers don't know their local area either so you have to tell them where to go. Other than that it's a cheap taxi service.

Gud app saves ringing all time an avin to wait if it's busy. The staff at ths firm are pleasant, friendly an honest. They don't rip u off wiv fare an there like a friend than Jst regular drivers.

After installing the app, I decided I had better order a taxi, and it went down hill from then on. The address is 35 and the text message notifying me that the taxi was on its way, said 22. I had to phone the office tp point out this mistake and they had the same error on screen. The return journey got worse, but luckily I had my glasses with me. I was asked to sign in, (annoying) and then had to complete where I was wanting to be picked up. Even though I had GPS on it offered me the train station in Brighouse instead of Sainsbury's. I got frustrated with it after about two minutes of messing about. I then promptly called the office and ordered a taxi the old fashioned way. As soon as I got home I deleted the app, as it is more trouble than it is worth. The whole point is to make life more convenient and if this is not achieved then it becomes pointless. Phoning the office is faster and a lot more straight forwards, so I shall continue in the future doing it thus.

Usually very clean and tidy taxi very satisfied till last Sunday had 1 from Mount Ave Hudds the driver far too fast my wife was travel sick.
