Value Cabs

This service seems to get worse all the time. They are basically begging uber to take over. Left waiting three seperate times in one week with no taxi showing up. Will not be using these guys again.

This app since install uses more battery than my screen. It is permanently connected to high accuracy gps.

The App did not work. Customer service support was unhelpful

Uses so much battery that it is ridiculous. Have to go and use fonaCAB.

I would be better contacting medium as the dead would at least be honest, than the lies that this virmin speals.

Cancelled my app booking with no explanation. Tried to ring to find out why and they won't pick up the phone. Value Cabs are complaining about Uber competing with them but they have a cheek. Hopefully their monopoly on the Belfast taxi service is coming to an end

Disgraceful service, booked a taxi an hour before, still didn't come for another 20 minutes! I was late for a vital appointment in the hospital. They nearly struck me off. Heath service sucks but value cabs is worse!

Worst app ever. Booking cancelled automatically with no explanation after standing in the street waiting for 40 minutes ( app said get picked up in 9) Taxi was never dispatched. Will be immediately uninstalling this

After a long time with Fona I decided to give Value cabs another go as there was a long wait for a taxi with fona. This app is atrocious! It cancelled my booking on its own. Constantly plagued with requests to turn location services on, even though there is an option to type the address. Immediately uninstalled and returning to Fona.

Terrible. Constantly cancels for no reason and recently had a car stay at 2 mins away for over 10 minutes before changing status to passenger on board without picking us up. Unsure if problem is with system or with the drivers themselves.

Cancelled my booking without giving me a chance to explain were i am and then told i would have to wait another 40 mins on another taxi. Don't bother using this app

How this company can constantly take early bookings and be late is beyond me. Three times over 30 minutes late, one time the driver drove off without even stopping. Absolute disgrace for customers who plan ahead and book well in advance.

Cancel bookings through app to take more lucrative bookings off the street. Thats not how it works guys

crashed at end of booking. dont even know if my booking worked or not. pretty bad design throughout, needs an overhaul to bring it up to date, this isnt 1995 anymore

This app crashes every time I book although I've come to realise that it is actually accepting the booking. It also pre authorises the card every time you make a booking, unlike fonacab and Uber. Don't use this app if you're on a budget. Finally, my address isn't in the app. Only the general block number.

Ordered a taxi via the app which was late for pick up. Phoned to check its arrival time to be informed the apps ETA times were inaccurate and that my taxi would be another 20-30 minutes.

No point in this app. An operator told me that I had to wait another 15m on a taxi that was supposed to be here in 15m according to the app. The operator told me that "the app is inaccurate". Literally no point in this app.

When you book a taxi an hour and twenty minutes in advance and it says confirmed you expect it to be on time. When you phone ten minutes after the pick up time and get told you only booked six minutes ago that's complete bull.

The app gives you incorrect estimates (told me the wait was 3 minutes, it's now been 12 minutes since I booked and the taxi is nowhere to be seen, not even the first time that happens), the actual bookings take about thre minutes to complete (that's if it actually completes, a lot of times it will simply give you an error during the booking process and then won't let you try again to book a taxi). From now on I'll only be using this one in emergencies, i.e. if their competitors' systems go down completely.

States pickup in 10min, after 50 min and three calls to this useless lot I had to cancel

Crashes on processing card payment. Don't even know if a taxi was booked or paid for - garbage.

Dizzy from going round in circles...registering, re-registering and trying to logon....just going to phone instead

I take a taxi every morning for the same journey. I'm really disappointed that there is no feature to save my favourite journey or even my regular pickup point and destination.

This app would be okay if it didn't crash about 3 times each use.

Useless . Don't tell you how long taxi will be . Could be 10 min could be an hr . Who knows . And three tracking part don't work either .

Liked it even though it keeps crashing all the time. But as soon as I started using my card I'm surprised to see you made me pay my rides AND twice today a pound. I did not use a car today and it is said nowhere that a card payment not only costs you more anyways nut.you additionally pay a pound after.

Just keeps saying nothing matches my requirements as if there's no taxis available 24/7

A scam cab service. Do not use. Make you wait over an hour and then cancel booking without explanation.

App says you can have a taxi in 5mins. However you have been waiting 45 minutes already. Pathetic.

Always crashing. Saying unfortunately Value Cabs has stopped working. Get it sorted
