I really liked this app to begin with. Wherever you were it could find whereabouts you are and pick you up...but now the location tracker for pick up point is way out so u have to put manually where you are which isn't always easy if you're somewhere you don't really know (that is why the map location was so good) plus you could get a quote for journey and could see details of driver. But now as well as location messing up, i can never book a taxi through it anymore as it says non available in my area

Apps is one of worst ive downloaded booked 3 taxis using this. 1st one someone else had taken, 2nd arrived but driver was talking on his mobile while driving and 3rd i cancelled because off waitin an hour when app gave time of 15 mins. USING LOCAL TAXIS FROM NOW ON

Won't let me book a taxi at all says no taxis available????

TC cars are always good. Never had a problem with them. Plus it's easy to track taxis on map where they are before booking. Very useful

Pretty simple to book a taxi when if you are lucky enough to have an activation code sent to your phone. Still no tracking working though.

The app won't send me the code to set it up!

Don't get notifications & tracking doesn't work!

Unnecessarily difficult to book a simple taxi. Easier to phone.

This app is 'OK' although not as reliable as its predecessor. Often have trouble confirming a booking and notifications are poor. Sometimes the driver is unable to ringback when outside - I found this out this morning. You cannot assign a ringtone/sound/vibration to the notifications so you run the risk of missing your taxi. The map tracking feature is v.good though - no more 'He's just turning onto your road' when in reality he's still 15 minutes away - you can see for yourself. With a few tweaks and improvements, this could be a very good app.
