Can't even book a taxi when I wont need to keep phoning up

This is a huge improvement over the old app and works pretty similar to Uber but with the advantage of being able to book in advance. Drawbacks - they sometimes overbook at busy times so even if you book well in advance you might be left without a taxi but nothing to inform you. If a taxi is going to be late this should be clearly shown in the app. Also, I couldn't get an email receipt sent to me from the app using the 'Email receipt' button on the previous bookings screen. And logs me out frequently.

You need massive advertisement so people away from town can use this because Uber drivers stick to town mainly. But swift's drivers are all over Leicester most of the time.

This app is totally useless it wouldn't even let me register for the app, it just keeps saying error sending verification code. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, but it's the same just a buggy app!!
