First time using app, taxi arrived within minutes which was excellent. Driver was very professional, absolutely no problem. Really impressed with service only down side was that tracking does not seem to work, don't know if this is something the drivers have to activate. Have used many times now and love getting message to tell when taxi is on its way, just wish I could get the tracking to show when exactly they are arriving

Was advised I would get a cab in "12 minutes" booked it in plenty of time to be at work on time. 25 mins later no taxi, called the office to be told this wasn't the case and they were busy (understandale) was now late for work. With no sign of taxi I called another company, tried to cancel but no answer repeatedly at office. Taxi took 1 hour and 20 minutes from when I booked it to arrive at my house. And have since had 3 bookings cancelled by the app obviously due to not being able to cancel earlier on.

Stop cancelling my taxis without my permission and I'll maybe use the app.

Won't allow me to logout. Also has high battery use. Forcing stop seems to resolve logout issue

App was great to start with now constantly crashes and I keep getting notifications to remove app as it's draining my phone.

Big fan of swift cars driver's are very nice and friendly a great service x

After finishing nightshift in airdie. App says 7 mins. Still no taxi. More than once this has happened :-(

No function to track car unlike Ios app

Pre ordered a taxi and 2 canceled

Brilliant app works great and always get taxi on time

Used for a while, then my address randomly disappeared now I can't book a taxi through it
