Apt can be a bit temperamental but overall very good. Apart from one bad experience that the office staff sorted out immediately, very good polite drivers.

Rude staff, never on time, never reliable, always at least 20 minutes late.

Scrolling when i want to choose a time is not working properly. I do not receive despatch or arrived messeges.

When I'm trying to change my profile details it kicks me out of app.

Odd how different people can have completely different experiences with apps. I guess it depends on the hardware it's installed on and user expectations etc. I' m one of those people who are a bit dubious of dealing with software when it's time critical and I have the kids with me. I like to talk to an operator. However I tried it out. The car found me and I was able to track it's approach so I knew how long I had before its arrival. All good!

Any time I wanted to pay by card, the drivers didn't know, how to use the card machine, and spent half an hour to figure out, how to take the payment. Calling the company, at least 2 times, to make sure, it's confirmed. And after all, finally they do it, and I can get off, but after a few steps usually they call me to go back, because they are still not sure, if the payment have gone through. When I show them the confirmation email on my phone, and my banking statement, I still have to explain them...

The application keeps shuts off before you finish the order. Embarrassing. No other issues.

Hidden costs added per each stop.. nothing clear mentioned and the driver let's u pay more than the meter for each stop

Says my phone and email is registered but I get errors retrieving password when I say forgot password

Was quoted £17.80 for taxi ride, booked it and the driver went to the wrong location. When he finally arrived I discover it's actually going to be £25 so seems like I'm paying for the drivers mistake. He talked on the phone (not even hands free phone) while driving for some of the time despite this being illegal. Would not recommend

Driver charged me then they charge my card as well, really upset as good service, waiting refund will change rating if outcome is positive as cost me £27 for a £7 journey

Nowadays Speedline taxi charges more. Drivers intentionally takes longer routes to reach the destinations though it is familiar or well known, that increases the fare. Charges additional £0.50 if you stop and drop any of your co-passenger on the way (they may be your friends or family members) and also for the waits less than 30 secs. Which other taxi company doesn't do. Sorry, not recommend further.

Keeps saying either my number or my email is already in use

So many times disappointed because of wasting time waiting for cab which was never dispatched never again...

Just spend the extra £1 and use Skyline, these guys are absolutely useless.

Charge for trips not even taken. Customer service in control is to just argue and not allow you to even talk! Over defensive when calling about overcharged because theyre aware whay they done! Same trips daily at same times of day different charges. Drivers regularly don't use meters, then in car just leave pick up and I get receipt for trip and overcharged already! Call centre don't seem bothered on later and "just helping out". Most of the time I gotta give directions to where I'm going.

The old app was buggy as hell but at least i could book a taxi on it. The new one looks like gmaps threw up on my screen. It is showing me bookings i am presently on from a year ago and you have to close and open it to make it work after each stage.

The new app is now hassle and problem-free. Thanks for the update, it has worked perfectly today

Used to work good but now it goes on about string and binary and the statement is terminated....

They are always late, it's not driver's fault because dispatch order doesn't occur until really late after your booking time. Also the app needs fixing badly, sometimes it books and confirms the booking yet the car doesn't get dispatched. Customer service please fix the app!!! Figure out what the problem is!! I wish I can tag you here!!

It is dificult to set up. And you can not select another address as a pick up.

Don't take my booking then cancel my cab without telling me. Paid by card and you've made me late for work. Today is the last day I use your firm. Service has been awful lately always late or don't turn up at all. The app is even worse

Takes too long for the initial registrations. Payment process is a joke. No transparency as to whether the car is actually on its way. Needs to be more like Uber. Of course it was not on time. Pretty sure they didn't dispatch it until I called them. No email receipt either.

App changes location dispite adding correct place. Paying by card either app or driver added a pound to fare. 1 driver decided to add 1.5 miles to the journey and charge more.

I have to be honest I was put off by most of the negatives reviews but really they all proved to be pure "bullucks". It was a privilege to use this app and book my 17 taxis during my short stay in MK. Absolutely brilliant service with some drivers with great humour and general sense and to top it all of when I called up to say thank you the operators were extremely nice & lovely. I would definitely recommend this to anybody seeking a taxi. Well done to developers and the staff.

I have used this company for over 10 years n have never really had a problem with them.Until now. I booked a taxi from bancroft to Wolverton which has always been £3.On the 15th of October the taxi driver tells me when i get to Wolverton that it would be £3.50. I argued with him and told him I have been getting a taxi to here for 7 years that is not the correct price.To which he replied oh there has been a price change last week. I had gotten the same taxi ride for the last 6 days n it was £3. Bullshit!!!

Card payments no longer work, so I have no more reason to tolerate this app or the subpar service anymore!

If people prebook a cab it's because they want to be somewhere by a certain time, especially during busy periods like mornings and weekends. So......I fail to see how the taxi is always late when I've booked it a whole day before hand... 30 minutes is the longest I've waited and my cab only became despatched once I'd called!
