Unable to register. Over 12 months since reporting the issue. Won't allow me to register as email already registered.... Try to reset password, password not registered. This is basic functionality. The app developers are pirates.

You cant pay by card! But they took a quid from me anyway then the driver asked for money too! An absolute discrace.

Easy to use but location services could be more accurate. Card payment works but stay for approval to be complete before leaving vehicle.

Good however there are a few things that need fixing as after your journey the job says you have been dropped off at the same place as you was picked up. Also card payment option don't work.

Couldn't pay by card.Removed and reinstalled app, logged in now still cannot pay by card. No reasons given. Sad as this a USP for using this app and company

Useful app to book taxi rides, but the payment by card doesn't seem to work, and that is very troublesome if you are without money on you and only find out the app booked you up for cash when the ride is over

Software has bugs. Location data doesn't work. Book a cab by location. App places randomly somewhere else. Please fix. Apart from that all good!

To be fair I have forgotten my password (my fault) but when I press forgot password it comes up saying "error retrieving password". Please fix this

Can't find password and keeps saying error in retrieval grrrr

Love the fact it allows you to track your car every minute of the way .

First showed up then drove off immediately, second said it had arrived when it clearly hadn't. Not impressed.

It keeps declining credit card payments. My banj informs me it is not asking them for a payment
