Literally the worst taxi service I've ever not used. Never commit to a pick up. 100% cancellation before pick up time. What a joke. At least ten times I've tried. If you want screen shots I can provide.

Waited 30 min for a car that was supposed to be 5 mins. Car never came and I called a different company to get home. I don't think the app is even connected to anything.

App has been down for months. Every time I call I receive a confirmation from royals by text asking me to download the app....which I have told them numerous times that it doesn't work.

This firm is a utter joke left a young woman alone in freezing for 2 hours ring up to see where it is a get fobbed of with excuses after excuses. Got fed up on last time an told em not to bother got someone to fetch her in end. She absolutely freezing. This company don't understand how much custom they have lost me an my partner use this firm quite a lot but not no more they have lost ther customer rather use a different firm who take time for ther customers. A turtle would a been quicker than royal cars

It is not user friendly it took me and a driver long time to work out how use this app. For e.g. it was hard to order what time you wanted the taxi and tracking it on the map. Good idea but a lot more improvements needed.

Don't even bother this film is a complete joke they left a 22 year old woman waiting for two hours in the minus 1 weather and just kept giving us excuse after excuse personally ide ring a gerbil on a pushbike there's more chance of it arriving
