I rather just call the taxi

Despite refreshing, closing and opening again, I'm still getting a message saying, "there are no taxis to suit your requirements. Please try again later." This includes things I'm trying to book a couple of days in advance and when changing pickup and dropoff points. Also, when I try to cancel bookings it asks, "are you sure you wish to cancel?" with no confirmation button. Thus, to cancel a taxi I need to ring up.

Terrible, not only did the taxi not arrive with them cancelling taxis they also took money out of my account. Be warned never register a debit card with them they will take money when ever they feel like it.

Couldn't use it as it wanted a validation code which I requested 8 times and never received

Entered my details and it doesn't send me a verification code no matter how many times I try. So a non starter really

Installed the app now waited for a code before i can book a taxi not had it yet and its over an hour.

The app doesn't let me login, so can't book a taxi. Using Boro taxi's app instead till it's fixed

Everytime I've ordered a taxi with app it's came and I booked one about 9oclock in the morning for 11:30 that night and it came? Never had a problem with! I love royal cars been using them for 6years!

Shame they don't lower their prices for local fares but love the fact the don't charge after midnight or over the Xmas holidays

Worked fine, just crashes now I've installed Lollipop on my phone, useless!

Lived up to billing as the most unreliable service ever. Booked taxi through app, phoned them to confirm, lo and behold taxi didn't arrive. Unable to contact them to find out where taxi was as they wouldn't answer. If you need a taxi dont use royal.
