Simply ridiculous, using the app, driver 1min away, next second another driver 6mins away and so one, standing like a tw@ on the side of the road waiting. App deleted and will never use this cab company again, and this in not the first time either

Installed and uninstalled within a few hours, wasn't able to book a car at all. Straight forward to use but to no end.

There was too many cars "on there way" to my address so I didn't know what car would actually arrive to my house. But it was okay...I would use it again.

Good app was working well at the start but now it keeps freezing so I have to keep entering the details and end up calling. Im lazy I know! Lol

Checked my address and the estimated time given was 20mins so I booked and entered my card details. After 20 mins I called for an update and the automatic operator told me my booking was received car was being dispatched shortly. After further time passed I called again to speak to a human operator to be told they have nothing in my area and it will probably be closer to a couple of hours. Time wasted when I could have booked on another app!
