Force closes as soon as I open it on Nexus 4 (completely standard phone, Android 4.4.4)

App sounds like a great idea but I just installed on Nexus 5 and it just force closes as soon as I open it. My phone isn't rooted or anything. I'll try again in future though as I use Premier Taxi regularly so would be good to have once it's working.

It says on the tin. Only issue is can't put in my correct house number because the app doesn't allow for letters

The application needs a lot of work. 1st the app can't find my address. I used the pin up and the driver didn't know where to come. 2nd I could not track my taxi so I had to wait. 3rd they don't accept credit card . As a company I have heard that are good, their app definitely needs improving!
