Terrible after update. Loses connection, tracking doesnt work and gives wrong price. Old app better

It's taking forever for the price to calculate, which is the main reason why I downloaded the app. At this point I have to call in. So if can get fixed that that will be great. Before the update was better.

Prefer the old version, no colour of car now and connectivity problems

Great service but new update of app is awful can't type in location name anymore instead reliant on Google maps been accurate. Older version was much better

App was good before recent update... now the app won't even open when it does the tracker doesn't work at all and it never actually knows where I am

I got this app to try get a quote but couldnt do it, bit disapointing as i normally inbox oakwell on fb for quotes but get told i can do it using the app couldnt find how to do it on there. Ive uninstalled this app. It would be great if there was a quote option.

Whats worse, the service, the drivers or the app? Bad app bad service 1/10 will not use again

Put in my address, but comes up with the next street on the app. Same with friends address. Nearest address app will accept is 12 doors away. Old app was far better and more accurate.

Pick up times not correct and also booked well in advanced to be picked up a certain times/days and was never on time. Used to be good service but failing again lately

Good app

App is so temperamental. 8/10 times it says no car is available and 1/10 times it gives an error. I just give up most of the time and just call...

Lack of accuracy on the map and does not pin point the house number. Still no pay by card feature. May be more glamorous than the old app...but doesn't do the job!

Edit Feb 15 2015. The latest update has enabled the app to work with Lollipop. === App works well on Android 4 but since upgrading to Lollipop it no longer opens. Have emailed the support address but have had no response, not even an acknowledgement. Please get it fixed!

After a long wait, this app now works on the latest Android again. Thank you Dev Team.

Code takes that long to come through, that the app closes down so I have to log in again and the code becomes invalid

I have the kitkat software updated on an s4 and it will not let me log in. Help!

Not KitKat (4.41) compatible, keeps crashing when choosing any option. Prior to OS update worked pretty well though.

This is one of the best and simplest app I have ever used also brilliant service!

This is a fabtastic app. When I am in a rush I cn now locate my driver. This is just alot more helpful so I can see for myself where the driver is. This always seemz to work and all so I am very impressed by this piece of technogy.

Great app. The app works well and runs smoothly. Allows you to track your driver once the car has been dispatched. Extremely happy with the service provided.
