I used the app 5 times, my taxi was late 5 times, the call centre was rude 5 times. On the last occasion I was told that the app saying booking confirmed did not actually mean that the company had a car in my area let alone booked for the alloted time, they then laughed when I pointed out that it should mean exactly that.

Generally good, and you can book a time and date for the future which is better that Uber, but the app doesn't email you the receipt when you hit the 'email receipt' button. Not a problem for most, but if you use taxis for business, you need the receipt to claim it back. Remember to get a receipt from the driver instead.

Pearse Ellis, what are you talking about?? - the app is 4.06mb, not 12.5mb. It's a very convenient way of booking and I always use this firm. They're always quick to arrive and they're cheaper than a lot of other local companies.

Very useful and worked well but have to uninstall as I can't move it to my sd card. At 12.5mb it's just a bit too large.
