Need A Cab

Used to be great. Now it just keeps calculating the price and won't confirm the booking. Rubbish.

App use to be ok but since the update everytime you add credit card payments the app just crashes every time sort it...

Was all great. But now I can't reset my password.

New version is shocking!! Complete battery eater. Standard day at work... At lunch time I would normally still have about 70-80% battery left. But not yesterday, my phone was telling me this app is using a lot of power. And i had 19% left, not even enough to get through the rest of the day. I will be using Tower Cabs from now on #byegirlbye

Doesn't work. Doesn't matter what time of day or where you are it says no cars are available and to refine your requirements. Meaning you have to call, yet when you call you get told there are plenty of cars available and that the tech team will fix it. Disappointing for such a promising app.

A fantastic idea if it weren't for the fact that it doesn't work with my home address either going to or from. Previously it was fine, now suddenly it's not. Been told tech is working on it but it seems the app hasn't been updated for a while :(

This would be really useful but I can't remember my password. When I click on the forgotten link the app states it's been emailed to me but this never happens. I can't register with a different email address as the phone number is in use already. Therefore there's no way for me to get into the app, had to uninstall. Hopeless!

Brilliant way to order a taxi, quick, painless and simple to use. The tracking feature where you can see your car coming for you is brilliant too!
