Found venture reliable n unlike sum taxis who will take u to sheff/barnsley etc but won't pick u up on return venture have always picked me up no problem

Venture cabs is absolutely crapped. Call centre advisor told me for 15 minutes waiting and ended up waited for 45 mins. If he could said 45 mins i should look for another cab company and not wasted my time waiting. Very poor customer service. Definiyely will be switching to a better cab company.

Absolutely rip off.. Still charging £4.40 to start on the 2nd January!! Time to report to Driver and Vehicle Agency! Not first time been ripped off over Xmas by Rotherham taxis
