Couldn't get through on the phone line so thought I would download this app and it was brilliant. Had a taxi in less than 15minutes, was able to track the taxi and was given the name of the driver coming to pick up. Would recommend this app!

App is good enough, but without honest service from some drivers and respectful customer service agent, it's pointless. Hiding behind a little technicality to charge double is abysmal service. I for one will never be using mailing 777s again

Really useful app. Knowning when ur taxi is on its way and being able to track it is great

If it didn't keep on crashing I'd give it more stars.

This is handy to track how far away your taxi is. And so you know the taxi make/ reg so you know you are getting in the right car with the right driver.

Buggy and sends driver to wrong location then driver gives you attitude about it, no improvement in the last year or so, tracking doesn't work properly, company ignores email and Twitter

If i could give this app 0 stars i would.. Absolute poor service never on time can book an hour in advance and still an hour late

If you want to be left stood out in the cold for half an hour, then use this app

Does what it supposed to do. It'll be nice if it could give users an estimate of how much a journey would cost when booking.

This app keeps force closing on me.

App feels unfinished and is still buggy.

App does get you a taxi but doesn't give details of the car as stated. Last use of the app it went from "on the way" to "no one at pick up" resulting in a call to office. You have to press "pay driver" to actually order it The tracking could be clearer on the map should use a car icon instead of generic dot. Again as previous cant order for now still have to set a time.
