I would give you a negative score if possible because you stole £30 from me when I paid by card for a journey that SHOULD have been £17.50 MAX. Then you LIED to me saying I never chose the 'card' option even though £30 is missing from my account then tried to make me pay for the £17 taxi fayre after stealing £30 from me! So you expected me to pay over £50 for a journey that was supposed to be £17.50. I seriously do not recommend you as a taxi company! You have done nothing but steal and lie and I WANT my £30 back which you have STOLEN!!!!

Covers typing box with a white box!! So you cant what you are typing. Please fix !! Sometimes overrides the address you enter with the GPS location, which may be up to 50 yds away i.e. a house a few doors away.

Works OK if you're in the city, but always says no cars available if you're out of the centre. I live just outside Newcastle (well within LA's area) but the app never works from home

It crashed now I'm unable to login it says login failed I even try to reinstall but same login failed

Some drivers need to get manners and not be aggressive for not understanding "the queens english" also it doesn't allow to change the number on the edit profile setting

A section to add notes to driver would be great and a function to let you upload a photo to your profile so the driver knows who he's picking up in a crowded area maybe?

Like the app only problem cannot change number as I have a new number

Since update on 17th June there is an issue with the "Requirements Up to 4" pricing. If you select "Car" or "Saloon" the price is higher than those of "MPV", "Estate" and "Minibus". It is also sending through the requirement as a 6 seater vehicle. Work around is to select "Up to 4" with "MPV" or "Estate".

Excellent idea but unable to change 'pick-up point'. HTC ONE M8.

Since the update the app has been working 100%

I will use this app and LA taxis once you add American Express as a payment type. Until then I will keep using Uber. Most company cards are now AMEX for business.

Every time I try to set pick up time the app crashes. Pathetic! I use LA all the time, but if you don't fix app I'll change firms.

Can't order a larger than standard car. And driver note doesn't show on booking. Rectify this and I'll use constantly. Tried to book approx ten times but never recognises pick up point. You've lost lots of custom from me due to this

Never did it recognise where I was in Gosforth. It always thought I wanted pick up from the job Bulman.... Very poor I'm deleting app

Good for immediate pick up, crashes when you try to book a taxi for the future though.
