Terrible service! Booked a taxi an hour before I needed it. Phoned up after it was 15 minute late to be told that they're really busy and that the train station gets priority. Why take bookings if you can't provide the service?!

App not accepting password and no email to reset password so unable to use.

Within 2 minutes of downloading and registering i got hit with constant emails in Chinese !!!!

Used once but forgot password and couldn't reset, this seems to have been resolved. Prefer app to calling at busy times. Used on NYE, so much easier to book on app. Easy to use, credit card means you don't have to carry money for taxi. When drunk in town. Could have more features.
