Hull Cars

Seemed like a good idea but it's a pain to use & then just tells you there's no cars....what's the point!...app deleted.

Cannot log in or register, fill details and press submit but just comes back with 'error message: unable to connect to server'

This app has been replaced by "Hull & East Riding Cars" - same icon, different developer.

It's not the correct hull cars app.

Tried to download twice now and says connection to server error.

UPDATE 05/05/17 the app and website still show me the same message of having NO cars no matter the time. On the phone I got told that I have to install new app (which btw is restricted to Uk phones) and that they are recieved bookings from both ways. The hour scroll is always blocking, the option to pay with card is not showing and no matter what details I chose there's always NO cars available. Very bad app comparing with the service.

For the last couple of months this app has not worked. Previously to then the app was brilliant. Easy to book and would give you the cost of your journey. You could also track your car. Now you cannot get past pickup and time without it coming up with No Cars. Hull Cars please sort this so we can start to use this app again.

Used to be a great app although I don't think it's any fault of the app. You'll find the app is not available at peak times. If you pre book a taxi for the next day it will more than likely get cancelled even though you get the confirmation text. Better off booking with the office direct. With so much competition out there they need to get this sorted either support and run with the app or scrap it. Don't get me wrong...82 are a great taxi company but the app isn't being utilised properly.

Despite several attempts using different routes/dates/times I have yet to get past the "no cars available" message to actually make a booking. Maybe I'm outside the "catchment area", or maybe I'm just unlucky.

App appeared to work however cab was 40 mins later, almost missed the wedding!

The scroll on the date and time is completely borked. Painfully awful. Thought it was my phone but nope others are complaining of the same issue. If you want a taxi asap you're sorted if not prepare to feel that cooking your genitals in a tefal actifry would be a better thing to do with your time.

Unable to select the time I want to be picked up so given up on the app. Fix it asap

I have always used 828282 taxi and their services are exemplary. Unfortunate that their app doesn't work. It keeps crashing on my phone.

Unfortunately the app just doesn't work, have tried numerous times and even on different phones, it just doesn't work with Android.

Says 8 mins for a cab so I book one and my booking is cancelled. I call and am told its an hour for a cab. So completely pointless!

I have never managed to use this app to book a taxi. Pity because I have generally been happy with the actual taxi service booking by phone.

Old one is miles better. Don't no how your suppose to get a taxi if you have no GPS signal and it takes to long to order may aswell ring betime the app has worked!
