Decent price, fairly reliable and reasonably knowledgeable. However, multiple times the driver has arrived at the wrong location (up the road somewhere). Also, you better be sobered up a bit because they will probably need directions at some point.

LATE LATE LATE for half an hour when I tried to book using the APP, it's not reliable at all and the taxi driver didn't drive the shortest way possible which is disappointing.

Drivers can barely bother even acknowledging your presence or even putting their hand out to take the money. Cheap but horrible drivers.

Have been using these guys for all my taxi needs for over a year now, never have had a bad experience. Always a cheap fare, even at 5am! Would definitely recommend.

I've experienced the worst customer service tonight. I booked my taxi around 7.30pm to pick me up at 9pm the taxi was nearly 25 minutes late and when calling up to complain the person on the phone was very rude and continued to hang up on me. I WAS A regular customer and only ever had one other problem where they were late. I will be considering other companies in the future

Do NOT use!!! Kept us waiting over half an hour then tried to charge us £25 for a 5 mile journey in the Reading area. The exact same journey cost £12 seven hours earlier with a proper taxi firm. ABSOLUTE COWBOYS!!!!!

Late on so many occasions. I've missed events and appointments because of their delays.

Used Green Metro few times and never let us drown. Even waited when late from function and never charged more. First Class.

I called up and booked, they were 20 mins late because the guy was waiting in the wrong address. He was on a call all the way through and didn't know the exact destination so he dropped us 10meters away after I pointed out where it was.I paid 7 pounds for a ride that should have costed 5 pounds to hear a driver talking to his mum in urdu all the way through and not knowing where he is going.NEVER AGAIN!

Booked a taxi for a trip that normally cost me 8 pounds. Taxi driver tried to charge me 13 pounds. Shocked and refuse to pay the sum. Eneded up showing a text from the company its 12 pounds asked him why he charged 13 he said he was giving me a 1 pound discount. Never hiring this service again. 0 stars if i had the option.

I couldn't get the app to work on my Samsung. Book button didn't work.

This company today charge you 15£ and tomorrow charge 18£ for the same trip, it's no good I book a taxi almost all the days and it's differents prices. U hope for a day that the return been the same price that the 1st way.

On opening, it asks for registration, but then fails to connect. Looks like the central server its trying to talk to is down. Single first point of failure. Hilariously bad failure. Hopefully the coder was awarded the GCSE for his project.
