Aesthetically this is actually one of the better taxi apps I've used, but it has two big flaws. The app needs to be fixed to better represent actual waiting times for customers. I've used the app twice: 1st booking the estimated wait time displayed by the app was 8 minutes, my actual wait time was 40 minutes. 2nd booking, est wait 7 minutes actual wait 35 minutes. Result; one very angry customer who no longer trusts the app. The other big flaw is the lack of card payments!?! Seriously dudes it's 2016.
