While the app Functions properly and you have the ability to pay via card, the app will simply cancel your taxi without notice of eCars cannot do the journey. DO NOT ORDER A TAXI BETWEEN 6AM AND 9AM as they will be automatically cancelled without notice.

Every time I book a taxi it gets cancelled without any reason why. I'll stick with Uber.

Joke of a taxi company cancel without telling you never on time even don't show up.. This app is for priority but you don't get priority at all... And the attitude from them when you call to complain is disgusting... Was much better when they was lyma

It's easy and straight forward to use however (please bear in mind I've only booked once from it) the booking didn't show, taxi was sent to the wrong address at first (automated text helped me solve that issue) and I'd selected card payment but had to pay cash. Tracking wasn't available as the booking didn't show, but it does bow show in my previous history. I think it's a great idea and once the bugs are ironed out it should be great. In the mean time, might be better sticking to booking by phone.
