Direct Cars Lincoln

Countless times I've now been told that I shouldn't have used the app as once confirmed they couldn't actually provide a car. If I Should've rang up what's the point of the app. I spend hundreds of pounds a month with direct but it's letting me down far too often.

When you select "pick me up" it shows the approximate time it should take if you want an asap cab. So here I am in Hykeham ASDA having booked a cab at 12.30pm for 1pm. It told me there would be a cab available in 13 minutes but at 1.05 they manually cancelled my booking because there was actually nothing available til 2. The software needs updating so that the information is accurate for the user and to save the controllers this bother. This company has great staff so I don't wish to book elsewhere.

First time using the app and I am very impressed, booked a car for asap and it was with us within a few minutes even got a text saying it was here. You can track the car and you even get make,colour and reg.

I regularly use this app but my only bug is when i book my taxi for a set time i'd like it to arrive at that time not be dispatched at that time

Having booked a taxi and been on the journey. The driver said the fare was double what the fare was fixed at. This is apparently due to the app not accounting for differences in larger passenger numbers. Will be taking this further.

Would be better if they didn't keep switching it off every time it gets a bit busy as this kind of defeats the object of having it!

I can see this company is serious in going forward into the 21st century. This App is a simple and time saving way to book a cab. They even offer an in car card payment facility. Great service, highly recommended!

Always on time when booking on app. Never let you down. I always use these. Prices are fair

Bookings were simple to make. The tracking is a great feature.

Great app to have installed when your out of calling credit on your phone coz u can still book a taxi when needed & it's fairly easy and quick bookings!

Use to be a great app but now it never works.
