There is no way to change the phone number in my account, which results in Taxis cancelling when they can't find my house and try phoning me via my old number. Needs the ability to change phone number, and also email address.

By the time you open phone, open app then put your email and password in, and if you have good connection? then order your cab, you might as well just phone it's quicker.

I asked for a taxi waited 30 minutes still never arrived even though stated confirmed.... so now using a more reliable company

I tried this, I entered my location, then my destination - then it came up with "confirm booking, and my phone locked. I took several minutes to escape from this - then I just phoned for a taxi, much easier - plus, when I downloaded the app I was sent an access code - I have no idea what I have to of with that.
